Oliver prefers the company of himself and his books and family over that of people his age. He has the habit of hiding himself within his sweatshirts and slinking as far from the main groups as he can be. He is an observer, more than a talker so there isn't very much that goes on that he doesn't notice, including the strangeness of the school and its faculty. He's relatively new to the school, so he has put it on the idea of the whole "New School, New People" thing and thus hasn't said much to anyone about it.

Additional details: Suffers from social anxiety, has a hard time keeping conversation with anyone other than family. Enjoys reading to escape reality and often times strives to go unnoticed while in large groups.

I'm sure you'll do just fine, Effigy! I tend to be more about the suspense, so it won't be too different from an ordinary slice-of-high-school-life to start. Gossip and hallway bullying will be a thing, and I can see Oliver there being a subject of both.

Though Ed is a nerd he is by no means a shy person, he is involved in several different clubs and he tutors on the side. When it comes to a challenge of the mind Ed is no coward.
