Julian was ready with their coats, and helped them put them on. He handed them their backpacks and kissed their heads. "We love you both. Have a great day at school."

Lily grinned and hugged each of her parents. "Bye mommy! Bye daddy! See you tomorrow!" She said before heading out the door with her brother to get on the bus.
Alicia smiled as she watched the kids leave for school. She looked at Julian and kissed him gently. "So.. you think that you might come to work with me?"

He held her close, sighing softly. "I think I shouldn't. I have to be able to be alone for a few hours."

She held him tightly. "Okay... call me if you start to feel the urge to... you know..." She kissed his cheek. "I worry, that's all. I don't like seeing you like this."

He nodded, stroking her hair. "I'll be okay. I'll call you if I need to. Promise."

SHe nodded. "Okay. Be sure that you do." She said softly. "I'm going to get ready." She pulled away and headed back to their bedroom and got dressed for work. She tied her hair up into a pony tail. As she hummed to herself, she couldn't help but to wonder if Peter was going to be there. She blinked and paused in her humming. Why was she thinking of him now?

Julian settled on the couch and turned on some calm music to soothe his nerves.

Alicia shook away that thought and grabbed her purse. She walked out to the living room and kissed Julian's forehead. "I'll see you tonight after work. Go out for dinner and have a nice evening alone just the two of us. Don't forget to call your parents about the kids."

He smiled and nodded. "I'll take care of it. Enjoy your day, sweetheart."

"You too. Shoot me a text after your appointment." She said. "Love you." She then slipped on her shoes and headed to work. She hoped that Julian's appointment goes well. SHe wasn't sure how much of this she could take before losing herself.
