"Alright professor, but I do have one more question, for your wife." Lauren said. Alicia raised an eyebrow but said nothing as Lauren took it as an invitation to continue. "What was the Phantom like?"
Alicia sighed and shook her head. 'Listen, I get that you are very interested in her but it is a memory I would rather forget."
"Please, Mrs. Haynes. But one brief description." Alicia glanced at Julian and then nodded.
"Fine. I don't remember much. She grabbed me in the hospital and knocked me out. When I came to, it was almost time for her meeting with Julian." She shivered, putting on a show for Lauren, pretending to be scared of the memory. "She was cold and calculating and most of all pissed off and weary. Is that good enough of a description?" Lauren smiled.
"Yes. Thank you, Mrs. Haynes. And Professor, I shall see you next class." She smiled an left the classroom, reviewing what she had learned from her conversation with them.
ALicia shook her head as she watched her go. She looked to Julian and took his hand. "Lets get lunch.

Julian had made sure to look appropriately concerned as Alicia spoke. He bit his lips and looked down. He didn't like this one bit. When she left, he didn't say bye, since a man whose wife was just questioned against her will would not take too kindly to the person who had done the questioning. Luckily he didn't have to play his discomfort. When Alicia asked him to go to lunch, he nodded and squeezed her hands. He grabbed his bag and followed her out of the lecture hall.
Alicia squeezed his hand and waited until they were outside and Lauren was gone before she spoke. "She's bold. Like you. I think she wants to figure out who the phantom is. She wants to see where you went wrong so she can fix it."

He nodded slowly. "I don't like this."
"Me neither. She's going to try and find all of the records regarding the case and look them over, looking for cracks in the story. Those... profiling questions bother me though... with the evidence... I wonder if she thinks that the evidence is faked."

"Me too. Are you as worried as I am? Are we being realistic?"
"I don't know... I don't know if I'm paranoid or not. We have been careful. It's been a cold case for over a decade now. I'm not about to do anything that would open it back up again either."

He shook his head. "Even if she were to notice something... she's just a student. She'll never be allowed access to any evidence. Besides, all of that resides halfway across the country. There are so many theories online. She'll just be one more... right?" he asked softly.
She chewed on her lip as she thought it over. "Possibly... hopefully. I just don't know. She's smart... clever... She looks at you with a look that is analyzing everything you say."
