Rocky's a taller 5'7", and has a lithe skinnier build to her, altogether weighing about 120 pounds. She's an altogether slight creature. Her features holds an essence of that bold spice the Caribbean forever maintains, yet presents its beauty in a mainly gentle simple way. She's got a gap in her front teeth and dimples when she smiles, but just don't point that out to her or you'll make her blush. Otherwise she's mainly unblemished, save for a small hidden tattoo of the Cuban flag on the back of her right shoulder.

(maybe she'll even get to an Olympic level eventually) and to get a promotion soon,
PSYCHOLOGICAL PICTURE: Taken from the notes of a Dr. Thomas
- Rocio seems to be rather sound in mind, save for a few imperfections here and there.
I'd wager that no doubt due to both her upbringing and dubious past, she's gained a rather rebellious reckless streak to her. While it may pose a problem one day in the future, it has for the time being been kept in check by both herself and other senior officers. (though it should be noted to be watched carefully)
Otherwise she's a relatively smart girl. Though not in the intellectual sense particularly. Records show she dropped out of school aged fourteen. Instead, Rocio holds more intuition in a common sense sort of way. I'm perfectly sure that
'Rocky' knows her way around the more shady back alleys and sidewalks than most folks around here do is what I'm trying to say.
AGENCY INFORMATION

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE: Briefly a cashier at Mr. Khaleeds corner store. She resigned however after apparent 'personal' disputes.
BADGE NUMBER: 23337
DEPARTMENT HISTORY: Statement taken from a Lt. Jose Garcia
- I nominated Rocky for a couple of reasons Sir. I know the Gadea family well for a start, my father helped them move over here in the first place. As I'm sure you've read, their reasons for moving were...
'controversial' one might say. But they're a hardy bunch, tough stuff. I mean, you can see they've been through quite a bit to get where they are now. I thought how good a thing it'd be if young Rocio could just get herself a good position here, you know, steer her onto the right track.
That's the other reason in a nutshell too I suppose. I understand very well that Rocio has a young offenders record, but under the young adults redemption program we have set up here, I honestly think she could really shine. Sir please, I know it's a bit of a risk, but please, she needs this. Heck, even if you have to put her on something mundane to begin with like a receptionist or something!
Just give her a chance, and I promise you, she'll be more than worth your time.

KNOWN WORKPLACE RELATIONSHIPS: To be possibly filled out a lil bit later
MARITAL STATUS: Single
POLITICAL AFFILIATIONS: Although Cuba's tumultuous political strife is now rather done and dusted, Rocio, and the Gadea family in general, still and always have supported the revolutionary bravery of Fidel Castro and Che Guevara. With this in mind, Rocky's probably holds more of a democratic mindset, but rarely gets herself involved in anything too political.
BASIC BIOGRAPHY: Rocio was born in Cuba, even more specifically in a sweltering back room of a cramped apartment building in Havanna. She was to be the youngest of her brood, with a dozen older brothers and sisters. Cuba can be a harsh place to live, with plenty of impoverished families, and the Gadea family merely increased that ever-growing multitude. Barely managing to find a roof large enough to accommodate all of their children, money quickly became a rare necessity. Rocky's father worked two jobs, a janitor during the day and then a security guard by night. Her mother became a maid while also doing the neighbours laundry. All in all, her parents were more than busy throughout her childhood.
But that's never too bad when you've got eleven older siblings to either annoy or play with. Luckily, being the baby of the family and all, Rocio was often cherished and looked after by her family. Feeling bad for how hard their parents had to work to sustain them all, most of the siblings found some way to bring a little bit of income into the household themselves. All had given up education to try and find work, some delivered messages and papers, others applied for part time jobs. But most of them, found themselves rather happy with their own 'illegitimate self employment'.
While she was young, Rocky made the perfect distraction for her brothers and some of the other boys to simply nick something or other. It started off as the usual childhood prizes, a handful of sweets here, that cool looking toy in the window there. But eventually, the loot and means to get it violently changed.
The Gadeas eventually had themselves a gang, with Ernesto fronting the group. It was nothing too major, but something to keep his family fed and protected. Made up of all the Gadea boys (Save for Che who was too young at the time) and a few other kids from their neighbourhood, they made their lot selling 'protection' for reasonable prices, and ever so rarely committing the odd petty crime here or there. All these things eventually come to a crumbling halt though.
Rocky was only seven when the Gadea gang fell, and some pin the blame on her entirely. Ernesto had arranged for the group to raid a small tacky looking hotel on the quiet side of town. The plan was as per their usual routine. Rocio would be positioned inconspicuously nearby to serve as a lookout, while the boys ransacked the building taking what they could as quickly and discreetly as possible.
All things considered, the heist began without a hitch. Rocio (Under the promise of a new Barbie Doll if she was a good girl) watched out for any signs of the police casually, and the Gadea boys started to take their fill of the hotels earnings without any physical resistance from those inside. That is until the gardener got loose.
Somehow he'd managed to escape the besieged hotel, emerging near to where Rocio stood guard. Unfortunately however, Ernesto was hot on his trail. It was his shouting that got Rocios attention. The seven year old girl turned to find her brother violently beating an old man who had only been trying to escape. She'd never seen Ernesto hurt someone like this before, and it terrified her.
So she did what any scared little girl would probably do, she called the police, and then her Dad. Upon arrival, the mere sight of a gun in Ernesto's hand
(Despite him not actually using it) instantly started a shootout between the police and the Gadea Gang, with Rocio huddled right bang in the middle of it all. Almost all of the young men in the gang were killed, not one of them was older than seventeen.
In what must have been a brief lull in the shooting while both sides surveyed and tended to their losses, Ernesto finally made himself known (He had up until that point, seemingly evaded injury). Through the smoke and haze, Rocio was hauled up and into a headlock by her older brother, the hard metal of the tip of a gun pushed against her scalpel.
Rocio claims to have a hazy memory in the exact details (In truth she just probably doesn't really want to talk about it too much), but lucikly for us the police records of the brawl recount was happened. As if she were nothing and no-one to him, Ernesto casually held his baby sisters life for ransom in return for his freedom. Not wanting to have a childs blood on their hands, the police agreed, and Ernesto has remained at large ever since.
All in a single day, the Gadea family had lost their two oldest sons, and almost their baby girl. They were traumatised to say the very least. Cuba was no longer safe for the Gadeas. Rocios actions that day had both labelled her as a snitch, and effectively placed a bounty on her head.
She was only seven years old.
They would have to find a new home. Due to the rather dangerous threat that lingered over their heads, and through some elaborations on the truth, the Gadeas managed to claim sanctuary in America under the Refugee act.
The transition was difficult, both mentally and physically. No-one in the family at the time spoke English except for Che, and even then he was merely a ten year old boy only aware of what school had taught him. They had no money, no reputation (good or bad) and in their opinion, no respect. Adjusting to life in America was more than stressful.
And Rocky, little thug that she was, certainly didn't make things any easier. That rebellious streak from those Cuban days seemingly stuck with her somewhat, as she frequently found herself clashing with the law. She never committed a serious offence, thankfully she knew better, but the petty crimes and general vandalism eventually added up into her being placed on the young offenders list.
But recent family affairs thankfully seemed to have had an impact of Rocio. Although it may take some time, and plenty of effort, she wants to change her lifestyle, what sort of person she is.
Hopefully for the better.
