-Rise Minion(Undead) : As any good lich necromancer, Isaakios can summon forth an undead thrall as a skeleton or a zombie of any being of any shape and size. Anything big will require time to prepare. They will serve him unconditionally. Whatever skills they had in their past life will be transferred to their new undead life, or at least some of it. If he so chooses, Isaakios can either allow these thralls to retain their intelligence to a degree or simply allow them to be mindless.

Spells****

-Black Hole*: With a snap of his boney fingers, Isaakios can summon forth a ball of dark energy he controls onto an area at distance he can see. He could either pull in foes into the center of the ball or blast them outwards. He may summon three at a time and dispel them at anytime.

-Levitate*: Isaakios is able to magically lift himself and fly about with ease. It is not very fast, but can fly at a runner’s pace.

-Mind Crush*: Isaakios stretches forth his essence into a living being, sending the victim into a state of madness and chaotic behavior. He has control over how much the effect it has on the victim. Those of strong will or more than an average mortal won’t succumb so easily, having Isaakios to assert more of his essence and concentration for it to have any sort of effect.

-Intangibility*: Isaakios coats himself in a veil of magic, turning him transparent and allowing him to walk through solid materials, such as walls or avoid boulders falling onto him. The effect only lasts a few minutes and he won’t be able to use any other spells. He can dispel it at anytime.

-Skele-man (0): Given his undead nature, he is quite susceptible to physical weaponry. However, the benefit being that he would not succumb to mortal diseases or plagues, as he is only bones with no organs to lose. Also because he’s already dead. He also has no need to eat, sleep, and will never tire.


Skills:
Isaakios has quite the sultry voice, using his own tongue, or lack of, to manipulate those of which he speaks to. He also has an intimidating aura about him, which would make any of those of weak-will jelly on their knees. His empty stare can disturb many that would be subjected to his piercing gaze.

Isaakios is also quite the bard should he pick up an instrument.

Beast Master*** - William can almost always calm down animal/beast in any situation where they be endangering themselves or others around them. In some cases just being around animals will calm them down and not attack travelers passing through. This also allows William can call upon creatures of all shapes and sizes to help in battle it works best if he has already befriended the creature beforehand.

Nature's Call** - With this ability William can call upon nature to help him, with this ability he use the trees and grass and other plants around him to assist in certain things.

@Cfavano: This isn't D&D. He can wield whatever the hell he wants. Don't tell my players anything about this setting, 'cause it isn't yours and you don't know what you are talking about.

@cashpop: Minimum of 2 purviews. Undead can be one of them. Also, your divine parent can be pretty much any deity from any real world pantheon, or I can create a custom pantheon for you, if you wish.
