Kyo shook his head to Eve as he stepped out of the vehicle. "No Eve, not until I figure out a better way to punish her." He stated firmly. "Leah, I'll let you escort our friend." He told Leah, who grabbed Sam firmly by the wrist.
"You're a fool if you think the government will use them for anything other than waging wars. I've already created disease immunity but the government rejected the proposal. My clones are more human than you or I. Maybe the world isn't yet ready, and once I can get the construction finished we'll all escape from the clutches of the corrupt governments. I don't know how you can even hold that morality of yours working for the corruption you seek to end." Kyo told Sam as they led her to her room.

Sam scowled but followed Leah without a fight "tell me Kyo how do you know what is truely going on inside there head's or if they actualy feel or are they just following the motion's of what you programed them to do?" she questoned him in a attempt to make him dout himself

Eve didnt follow them she was to angry to be sure she wouldn't hurt the detective instead opting to stay out side and try to calm down

Kyo gave her a wan smile. "There is a difference between a clone and a manufactured human. I didn't give the clones any memories, I didn't programme their minds to follow me blindly.
If you want to see what a manufactured human looks like, no emotion, blind obedience, then keep pushing me, and I'll show you what they look like in their thousands." He warned Sam before shutting the door. He let out a sigh, locking the door. "I'm sorry leah, can you stand guard at this door, I need to have a break." He told her, placing his hand on her shoulder lightly before walking to the roof. He dug into his pockets and pulled out a hipflask, taking a swig of the alcohol he relaxed a little. Trying to process everything that was happening.

Sam was shocked she didnt know if ekyo was messing with her she douted that he had thousands of clones but if he did how did he get them and were would he be keeping them.

Eve was pacing around around the car as she was trying to calm herself down. The detective had no right to say what she was or that she didnt truely feel she knew nothing about anything

Kyo took deep breaths, pacing on the roof. He was having trouble keeping a grip on his own sanity.

Leah stood by Sams door. "You're a glutton for punishment, you know that right?" She asked.

Sebastian smiled walking into the room where Richard was, a block away from the warehouse, "we've good news, there's a sniper trained on both Eve and Kyo, we can eliminate them both." Sebastian informed Richard.
Richard sighed. "Can we retrace his phone number?"

Kyo picked up his phone and sighed as he dialled Richards number.
Richard glanced at his phone. "No need, make sure it's a secure line." Richard told Sebastian before answering.
"Kyo, have you called to negotiate?" Richard asked.
"You can call off everyone and let me and Eve and the rest of clones be free?" Kyo asked.
"I can, but there are conditions. You need to come alone and unarmed, with Sam to a location of our choosing. I'll come and get Sam alone too. If I can see that you've not harmed her, I can see that you will not pose any threats. There's also a condition that the clones must be registered citizens of a country of your choosing. Then, after signing a declaration to that effect you can leave a free man." Richard explained carefully calmly.
Kyo remained silent for a moment before swallowing hard. "Fine. Where is the location?" Kyo asked.
Richard gave Kyo a location about ten blocks away at the center of the city.
"I'll be there in about 2 hours." Kyo answered before hanging up.

Sam scoffed "I dont want to be punished.I was just stating fact's.But Kyo and Eve are both in denial. Kyo about the fact he has broken the rules of ethnect's by creating the clones and Eve she refuses to acknowledge what she is and that she is not human but something Kyo cooked up in a lab" she told Leah

Eve had calmed down enough that she went and started looking for Kyo and ended up on the roof right as Kyo was hanging up his phone "are you okay?what's wrong?"

Kyo slowly turned, stuffing his phone into his pocket and taking his hipflask for another swig. "I just called Richard. It seems that the state is caving, they'll be giving us freedom, if I hand over Sam unharmed, and if I agree to have every clone registered as a citizen to any country I see fit." He explained to her.

Leah sighed sadly. "He seems to be slowly loosing his mind the longer all this goes on. He wasn't as irrational before everything went down." Leah admitted, a slight pang to her voice.
"He was actually quite a nice, fun guy believe it or not." She smiled, leaning against the door remembering what Kyo used to be like.

Richard hung up the phone and smiled. "Assemble the covert teams quick, I'll take Sam back and we'll walk away, let him think he's getting away then spring." Richard told Sebastian who nodded and began mobilising his new squad.

Eve shook her head "something seems off about that thou they wouldnt just let us wold away would they?" she asked Kyo

"you like him dont you?" Sam asked Leah

Kyo thought about it but shrugged. "They are probably as tired of all this running and chasing as I am." He sighed finally. "I just want to get back to doing research, without having to look over my shoulder constantly." He added.

Leah let out a sad sigh. "I did. I still care for him, but.. he's more focused on his work or Eve these days." She wrapped her arms about herself, trying to give her some comfort.

Eve shruged "I know you do your stressed and tired but I think they maybe up to something"she told Kyo

Sam sighed "have you told Kyo how you feel?" she asked thinking for a moment "why would kyo even of made Eve if he had you in the first place?"
