alright so do you have a basic plan you want to follow, a mafia war or area thing going on? Or rather be more focused on their lives?

I think just focus on our characters/groups existing and doing stuff maybe some NPC rival groups have to be...convinced who runs the city.

Sounds good! Where will our characters be placed then in all this? Also do you want to only play one character or a few?

I was going to play a few. ANd I was thinking we could be part of different yet allied organizations. My main character would be running one. And yours could run the other? Unless you'd rather be in one group and you can be someone of a different rank

Sure sounds good to me! I think two allied groups will make it alot more interesting, I can also play a few characters each from either your group or mine so yeah! We can create the characters then if you think we are ready

What will the setting be? An actual RL city or some generic, non-descript city?

Well I am not completely sure, I know little about RL cities but have played characters in them before so you can say which works best for you.
