So, I had an idea, but to make it work, and hear me out and read this all the way through before saying "No thanks' flat out, deal?
Those who are familiar with survival gaming know that apocalypse survival is pretty popular. So, I thought, why not make an RPG out of the idea? It still needs a name, though, and I would like one or two people to help me develop the idea a bit more into a good RP. I figured, the most fair way to do this would be a dice rolling system. (More about that soon) because we will have occasional chance events (such as a gathering group or scavenging individual coming across a more valuable item in the wasteland, or being attacked by an animal or a 'freak' encounter) And, if the Admins would allow me to do so, we can also have a temporary discord channel hosted by either me, or a different GM. If no, it's no big deal, but the dice rolling system just needs some sort of 'cheat protection' such as screenshotting or, more preferably, screensharing. Because you only get one roll per turn, unless you roll the lucky number on that try, and then you can roll another as long as you get exactly that number. The 'one roll' rule came from an experience I hqad playing freeform-type DnD, where one player stated that I wasn't a good dungeon master because my rules were a little flimsy in some aspects. (I didn't specify this only one roll unless either I felt generous, or a lucky number was rolled out) so, since I didn't specify the person took like 6 rolls until he got the number he wanted. After that I started implementing the rule a little more strictly.
Anyway, that's the only reason for discord and screensharing or screenshots. we would use an online dice roll system, which, if someone could suggest one I'd appreciate it. <3
