First things first!
Not asking that you know much of anything on the Assassin's Creed Universe It just helps you out in understanding everything. I can answer any questions and help you out to the best of my abilities.
Welcome to the world of Assassin's Creed. Year 2020
Here in the world of Assassin's Creed. There are a few different roles one could play into. Taking you back to the grand beginning of the 1900's just as WWI is on the brink of beginning. Everyone is unsure what lies ahead and where the World War is going to take them. The Assassin's and Templars are at it once more searching for the Infamous Apple of Eden. Yet during their search on the Apple, the two sides have come across what they believed was a myth at first. Back to the biblical stories where Noah parted the Red Sea, they have heard of the staff foretold in the legends. A staff that could be used to split the sea into two has been spoken of during the grand times of the war. While others came in shapes and forms of different objects this staff is one of legends and Noah's staff has been split into four pieces. Just a single piece gives power to those who hold it.
Told to by an old war vet, who passed long before they were able to analyze his information it's been said that it was seen in the hands of the American Militia sinking British and German ships left and right. Yet now we are at a loss on it's location. Now the two sides fight in the minds of their elders as they search frantically for the pieces. Who will win the race? The Assassin's, or the Templars? Only the story will tell.
As you embark on your grand adventure through the past minds of your elder. Straight into the 1900's your job will be to assist in the search of all four pieces. Each piece will hold immense power in the wrong hands. The first one was found years ago by the Templars, now it is up to you to find the other three. Your ancestor has been noted coming into contact with it at some point during their lives yet both sides are unsure of what the exact date is. So you must travel through the memories of your elder and search for it yourself. The system itself is designed to flag the animus from the special waves the pieces emit. Causing anyone in a 2 mile radius to be on close watch from Abstergo.
You will be playing on one of two sides.
The first side is the side of a Templar Agent. In the modern Era you will have full access to the facility depending on your clearance. You will gain your own personal tablet with a retina scanner in the camera to give you access to different sections. Each one is closed off by a door which will require your tablet to give you access to the room and each floor. As the story progresses you will gain access to different rooms giving you special things, such as perks your character may be learning in the past, it will also hold valuable information on the pieces.
The second side, is the side of a captured Assassin. In the modern Era you will be a captured Assassin who was drugged and dragged into the facility. You have access to the B12th and the Commons floor which is floor 15. B12 is the common floor of the facility The floor itself is a 20ft tall as it is filled with many things. Upon entering the floor, you are filled into a large open room. There is a two floor 1/4 mile walking track complete with a small basketball court in the middle. At the end of the track, there is a wall that leads into a mess hall. It's a large cafeteria with two floors. The bottom floor is where the cooks make the food and provide 3 free meals a day. The food is crafted by personal chefs and are said to be the best in the area at what they do. On this floor there is also a number of benches for people to sit and eat together. While the second floor is a complete dining area with little outcroppings much like a park would have. Complete with trees and flowers to give the "residents" as they would call them a peace at mind while eating.
The second floor the Assassin residents have is Floor 15. Floor 15 is a living quarters for most of residents. Each room built just like a hotel room. Filled with a Queen size bed, a personal shower, and a radio built into Abstergo's mainframe and is stuck on a single station. At the end of the floor, one can go up a flight of stairs and onto a large balcony to gain "a breathe of fresh air.". The balcony itself has a complete ceiling and extends out 20 ft where people can over look the city. Straight below the balcony is a yard filled with Agents of Abstergo. The last one that attempted to escape through this balcony was shocked by an invisible electrical grid and dropped right into the arms of a handful of agents.
During your adventure of the modern times. There will be a general time period where one can explore around the outside of the animus. While other times you'll be stuck inside the animus living the past of your ancestor. Extended periods of time in the Animus will result in your character having what they call "The Bleeding Effect." It will have it's ups and downs. To much of the Bleeding Effect will cause your mind to drop into a limbo of sorts and cause major brain damage.
Other Notes:
While it may not seem like it to you at first. Time in the Animus is sped up as it's running off of brain waves and such rather then actual time. A day in the animus is nothing more then 2-3 hours in the Real World Time. One generally spends 2 days in the animus before they need to exit and rest their brain from the memories locked away. It will assist in relieving stress on the body and most times one would be appointed by a psych at the end of their session to "Debrief" them and assist in calming the nerves.
