While the Mechanicus is known to make use of Astartes vehicles and vessels in their armed forces - and why wouldn't they, since they make the bloody things - it all depends on what STCs an individual forge world has access to.

Since the Imperials weren't able to sway any Astartes on-side for the crusade, it may well be that none of the forge worlds in Adrantis have STCs for any Marine equipment - or at least nothing too enticing for a Chapter, cos otherwise I'd think the Imperials and loyal Mechanicus would've used the promise of a massive rearmament (to say nothing of war spoils and reparations extorted from the neutral forges) to secure some of the Emperor's Angels service.

That's arguably for the best, as such treasures could've attracted the wrong sort of people...

If they had a Vindicator I’d already have devised a plot to “recover” it. Though I’m still working on buffing the power armor shaped dent out of the last similar vehicle so recovery might not be the right word.

Why not a Thunderer? They barely get mentions in the fluff. Essentially the 40k equivalent of an early close support StuG III.
