Right now, on this site I have one at 38 pages. I think it would be much more but things have slowed down alot.
On another site I have one for 160ish pages. But that one's more casual and we've also gone for two generations lol

It's been a while since I committed to a roleplay with more than just a few posts so it feels really nice. o/
Back when I was in high school, feels like a decade ago, I had this one rp that lasted consistently for two and a half years but we lost the thread in some epic site shutdown. All that hard work gone to waste. Still hurts lol I hope we will be able to write out a proper ending to our story, if we get to it!
Awww yeah that sucks. I think the one has been going for years haha I'm scared to know how many.
But yeah I love our characters and I'm excited to play them out until a good conclusion. My other one, even though it's slow, I have the plot well thought out and I have an ending in mind so I think we can keep it going until then, so long as my partner sticks around. But she's been good even with school and my bouts of writer's block.

That's the most important part, liking the characters as a whole. If the interaction is good, the rp will survive. o/
I gotta be careful, I don't wanna turn Matty into a too-far-gone character, as a villain, but I also don't want him to be soft and mushy when it comes to expressing emotions.
Ah, writer's block, the archenemy hahah sometimes I hate every word I choose to include in a sentence even though there is nothing wrong with it lol
Yeah that's true. It's hard to keep the balance with characters like that sometimes ><
And yeah, I think mine often comes from my random bouts of depression. At times I just get in these moods where I don't want to do anything. Even things I normally enjoy... I just have no interest in. And I could be completely bored with laying on the couch, watching movies or whatever, but it takes the least amount of effort to do so...

Yeah, completely relatable. I'm in a position at work where people expect a lot from me, so it's either stress or depression, sometimes they're a chain reaction...but lying in bed, watching crappy tv series that don't require any brain activity, although boring, can help sometimes... like a reboot. But I noticed I've been a lot happier lately since I adopted a kitten and rescued a puppy. They help a lot. <3
Rping is a lot easier when you're a kid or a teen. Then, I didn't give a crap about grammar or vocab or logic. It was just fun. Adulting sucks lol
