Aww yeah. I see Theo only calling him Matty when he's being really affectionate... So I don't know if you noticed, but in my writing I only use Matty when Theo's feeling affection towards him. Where as he's usually only described as a witch when Theo's pissed off, as it comes off more insulting.
And I just had that same thought of maybe introducing more characters. I could see Theo having a werewolf friend maybeand perhaps him or someone else could die off

Yes, I've noticed and I like it <3 Matty's kinda bad with names, thankfully Theo is easy to remember but if he were asked to spell out his surname, he wouldn't even know which letter to start off with lol he knows the names of the entire Brummit line of witches tho, but that was beaten into his brain...
Oh I like that. I take it that werewolf would not be fond of Matty, maybe even try to force Theo to reconsider partnering up with a witch and such. I'd love to work in a vamp, too. Did we ever think about what is going to happen to Jacob?

Yeah I was thinking something along those lines, especially when they get closer. And I don't think so. I just figured he was too much of a liability so they decided to eliminate him secretly. Since he's only an experiment. They could start testing it out on other werewolves from the militia, frame it as someone else is attacking members. So Theo might even have to hunt down his friend?

I kinda feel sorry for him, but he deserves peace u.u
Good idea, will add some drama. Maybe matty takes on the toll and kills the werewolf (they have no other choice?) so Theo wouldn't have to bear the burden of killing his friend.

Maaaaybbbee Theo will need to take in Matty's scent from up close /hinthint hahah
I was thinking the thief could be some local boy who thought he'd make a profit if he were to sell the box at the market in the next town, but the box takes over him and something bad happens to him. And once they are out in the open, maybe other creatures of legend start coming for the box, i.e. to prevent Matty and Theo from taking it to the castle. What do you think?
