Let's put it this way. Haven as a whole doesn't exactly like most of the Imperium. And they certainly don't like anyone who points a gun at them and says their somehow better. That's that fastest way to get your hind end repeatedly shot and left to die with all your useful stuff stripped and somehow combined into a working radio or heavy laser weapon.
