I remember reading a book in ESO that went into detail about how Bosmeri, Khajiti, n Altmer fighter.
Altmer typically have a reach advantage, Khajiti fight dirty, and Bosmeri are cowards, preferring to hide and shoot you from afar
SO lore is saying Altmer are very tall, but I don't know how tall an average Atmer is.

Average male Altmer hight is between about 6'4" to 6'7" if I'm remembering the chart I found right.
Yes Altmer are by lore the tallest race, but they aren't overly bulky relying mostly on their magic. If we're going bulkwise it's Orcs than Nords than either Imperials or Redguards.
And he can just carry her like a scarf.
