Entering the cave with the others may have been a bit unsettling, though she could understand Shin's plight, but she couldn't help but think that they were walking in on something private- even though the conversation was pretty public. She caught Shin's gaze and her eyebrow lifted in confusion, but he soon turned to Borris and began asking about his clothing. With a shrug she, Yakon, and Sorcha bid everyone good night, dismissing themselves from the conversation.
"We'll talk later Gretchen, it's getting late and I could use the sleep. I hope you have a good night."
With that the trio made their way to the food storage den to properly store their finds. They stacked the wood nicely in one corner and the food in another. Though they did end up hanging the strange bird- after plucking it's feathers- to keep it off the ground. When they finished they went their separate ways to rest for the night. Upon reaching her den Alaura set out to set up a makeshift nest for the eggs. Taking some clothes from her other pack she made a decent base, then she added the plucked feathers on top of that, before adding the pack filled with eggs in the middle. The brunette hummed in thought before curling herself around the eggs to share her heightened body heat.
"That should do the trick...I'm not sure how far along in the gestation period you guys are, but I hope you're warm enough." Closing her eyes Alaura settled into sleep.
