I would imagine Namida and others of her kind would have a healthy aversion to enemies on the wing since they have the added advantage of silent attack from above.

Kind of like the whole "golden eagle vs. mountain goat" scenario lol

Lol Fortunately for them Kaia cannot out right fly. she cave give herself a little air in her step/leap. but otherwise she can only glide and use existing air currents to carry her.
