All three of these guys are big enough to be ridden.
The Obiareus shown above is the largest of the species, commonly known as the Great Feathered Obia. Adult Obia average their height around 7'2" with a wingspan of between 15' and 16'. It is found in the woodlands and wetlands around Hallein, Sauvin, mainland Langtals and southwest Imperstar primarly, but has also been found throughout North and South Ecrith. A smaller species of Obia found mainly in Gliabeon are known as Hexwing Obia, named after their iconic six wings. It stands just under 6' with a wingspan between 12' and 14'.

The Species of Ekki are far more diverse, coming in all colors and sizes. They are reptilians, the one pictured above being the largest species still alive, the Varnola Ekki. This species of Ekki make their home in South Ecrith, among the Varacay Savanna and the Caslis desert. With a length of around 14' and a wingspan between 10' and 12' they prefer isolation and are only rarely found with a mate and offspring. Their adult life is spent in Caslis desert, and the edge of the Varacay Savanna, returning the the Varnola river annually to mate. The smallest species of Ekki is the Cresdale Mimic Ekki with a length of just over two feet and wingspan of 1' to 1'6". They are native to the tropical island of Cresdale and have the ability to change their color in order disguise themselves and mimic other, more dangerous predators.

The Common Luntazont, commonly called a Lunta, is a rather large species of flying crustacean, though it is not the largest. Three species of these crustaceans exist, two of occupy the same area, but fill separate niches and the third is isolated but is the largest of its kind. The pictured Luntazont can be found mainly along the coast of the savanna and plains of southern Gliabeon and southern Ibrias, often crossing the channel between the two. From head to tail, it is about 6.5 feet and gracefully floats around with pockets of various lighter-than-air gases. Though it is large, it can reach speeds of 28 miles per hour and hunts smaller animals such as birds or tree dwelling mammals using its specialized claws to concuss its victims, similar to the behavior of a mantis shrimp. The Lesser Luntazont is a scavenger and does not have the specialized claws or size of its relative and lives in the same environment, occupying a different niche. Commonly known as a Luntelle, they have a length of around 16 inches but can move at speeds close to 100 miles per hour. Their smaller body is more lengthy, proportionally, and more streamline with two air sacks on the underside of its belly, protected by its shell. The third species, Luntazont Gargantua, is a colossal relative living in the northern portions of North Ecrith, around Imperstar, Hallein, Hasaarde, and Enveen. Ranging between 18 and 33 feet long, they move slowly across the sky, using specialized organs that allow the Megalunta to photosynthesize. Plants can often be seen growing off of its curved back, and certain species of migrating birds use these creatures as rest points. Their diet consists of grass and small plants, algea, and dirt, all of which allow a mutually beneficial relationship with the plants it harbors on its back.

This guy has lots of different colors
As with many common animals around the world, two main species of Laughing Bindanuit exist: one in the eastern hemisphere, and one in the western hemisphere. Both live in mountainous regions, navigating the rocky terrain with their hoofed feet. The social behavior of the Brown Laughing Bindanuit (pictured above) is parallel to that of the spotted hyena with form large packs forming of twenty to sixty individuals. The Brown Laughing Bindanuit, found on Gliabeon, have a more carnivorous diet than their western relatives and are considered predators. They have been known to perform hunts in small groups as well as scavenge the corpses of animals killed by larger predators. Speaking of size, their body length is often measured between 38 to 64 inches with a shoulder height of between 24 and 36 inches. The smaller species in North and South Ecrith, the Gray Laughing Bindanuit, has similar anatomy but has far longer gray fur. Fluffy chest fur made individuals more attractive to mates and meant a healthier and more socially successful bindanuit. The gray bindanuit had a diet more aligned with a scavenger, eating the left over meat from other hunts and foraging for roots or bugs when their main food source was absent. Body length ranges from 47 and 58 inches and shoulder height from 26 to 31 inches.

Skrunts are even more common, with over 150 different species found in practically every forest in the world ranging in color and size, but all looking extremely familiar. A few specialized species have taken on unique adaptations to fill specific niches, but this is rare. Their body length can vary between 8 and 16 inches, with their tail often doubling their true length. They will eat virtually anything. A few natural examples include fruits, flowers, veggies, fungi, nuts, tree, plants, and insects, though in urban areas they frequently steal scraps from Menan. They typically nest alone or in small groups, though the nest of one skrunt is not usually terribly far from another. Where they nest depends on the species, but their nests are commonly found in trees or in underground burrows. The pictured species, the Gray Skrunt, is found primarily in South Ecritch and lower parts of North Ecrith and is sometimes called the Sour Skrunt due to a toxin found in it's fur that tastes horrible and numbs the mouth, helping defend against predators.

Slipint are a species of amphibians found in tropical rain forests around the world. Similar to the skrunt, they have numerous different species, number around 600 different species. Length, size, and color can vary greatly between species though the average length is a little over a foot. Most have 8 legs, though a handful of species have 6 or even 10. Slipint diversity is most abundant in the southern hemisphere and many species boast the ability to regrow lost limbs.
