Supersedure

Lemon Academy for the Gifted and Talented - a school founded by the renowned superheroine Bunyip, under her secret identity of Judith Lemon, millionaire philanthropist, for teenage supers to learn how to control and use their powers for good.

Superpowered individuals, aka "supers", make up about 40% of the population, so schools designed specifically for them are typically private with average sounding names so as not to draw attention. There is still some prejudice against supers, which requires many to have a secret identity while working, though it is similar to the LGBTQ community where there is a pride month and some choose to be visible to improve the lives of those who cannot. The academy is heavily guarded by state of the art security systems and a staff comprised entirely of active superheroes to protect the identities and physical safety of the students.
Thankfully, a supervillain has not been reported for many years, despite the odd superpowered criminal, but there are always rumors that a supervillain will emerge at some point.
You are a student at Lemon Academy. Your school schedule is nearly identical to that of the average student, save for gym class being replaced with power training. How you came to be a student here is your own business - were you sent away by unaccepting parents in an effort to get rid of you without subjecting you to a life of poverty? Were you a second, third, or higher generation super hoping to live up to your ancestors' fame? Were you a closeted super who presented the school as a regular preparatory academy? Are you a loner at this school, or have you made many friends? Do you like it here, or do you resent the structure of the school?
