Timothy nods his head and grabs a gun out of the weapon locker. "Okay now we head back to the storage area for the pods." He says as he keeps a eye out on there surroundings.
"Yeah" she says "and if they aren't any good, we check our escape pods."
She slowly walks down the corridor, gun pointed in front of her so that she knows she can shoot the next creature that comes around the corner, looking at every shadow or pile of rubble with weary eyes as she tenses with every echoing creak of the bulkheads

Timothy nods his head. "Okay what ever you want to do I am right behind you." he says as he looks around.
A few minutes go by and Timothy keeps looking around but suddenly stops dead still and whispers to Amelia. "Um...Amelia don't move any more and. Um, because there is a creature a little...ways back from us that...has not seen us yet." he says as he grabs her arm. "What do you say we do now?" he says as he watches the creature out of the corner of his eye.
The creature sits there looking all around. With its big green eyes and its antennas moving all around. It does not seem to see them yet.

Amelia stands stock-still as he says this before turning just enough to see what he is talking about, a look of horrified panic spreading across her face. the creatures long, boney tail swishing slowly back and forth as it seems to scan the area.
Amelia seems to freeze to the floor, only a shiver and the quick breath of air the only things showing she was alive, her eyes wide with fear.
Finally, she slowly starts to move away from it without a word, trying to keep an eye on where she was putting her foot as well as what this monstrosity was doing, still holding her rifle but almost completely forgetting she has it.
