After a couple of minutes, a car drove up to the entrance and parked. David got out and glanced around before heading into the graveyard.
Roger stayed near a tree and pulled Maeva with him when he saw the lights of a car. He held her close and waited to see who it was. He sighed when he saw that it was just David. "Ready?' he asked Maeva.

She nodded, her hand on her bag just in case. David walked further into the graveyard, trying to see if they were already there.
He smiled and kissed her hair before stepping away from the shelter of the tree. "Hello, David. Don't worry. It's just us."

David looked at him and grinned. "Roger, Maeva," he said and walked over to them. He pulled both of them into a brief hug. "Are you two okay?" Maeva smiled at him and nodded.
"We're fine. What about you?"
"I'm good. Guys, they bought it all. It took some acting on my part but our plan worked."
