Maeva led him down the stairs as quickly as she could. Once they were outside, she started running towards the farms. "Come on," she said, pulling him along. "Myron's in trouble."
He nodded and ran after her. "Did you see something in your dreams?"

She nodded, trying not to cry. "He was... I don't even know. But it didn't look good. At all."
Roger nodded. "Shit." He grabbed onto her hand and muttered a spell. Suddenly, Maeva would feel stronger... Faster and was now able to run even faster towards the farm and Myron.

She glanced at him when he enchanted her. She had mixed feelings about it, but it was admittedly necessary. She raced towards the farm, pulling Roger along. When they got to the gate, she pushed it open and rushed to the field she had seen in her dream.
Roger understood her feelings about getting enchanted but this was an emergency and it was only getting worse when they came to the field where Myron had been in her dream. On the ground was his body, grey looking and still. Roger didn't stop and slid to a stop in front of him. He reached out to touch his shoulder and rolled him onto his back.
"M-myron?" He asked cautiously. He jumped back when he saw his face. Myron was pale. Deathly pale. "Fuck! Myron!" He quickly searched for a pulse and found one. He sighed with relief. "He's still alive."

Maeva watched in absolute horror, her hands covering her mouth. This was her fault, oh god, she never should have come here! Curse her curiosity! Curse what she had done to him! She was convinced he was dead, until Roger told her otherwise. She sobbed and dropped to her knees by his body. "W-We have to do something! Can you heal him?"
"I-I can try..." He whispered. He wasn't the most gifted healer but he had to try. He placed his hands on his face and started chanting. Magic flickered over his body and once the spell was done, the magic faded. Roger frowned. Then he realized what was wrong. "This is exactly like when your soul went to hell..." He murmured. His eyes widened at that thought. He looked at Maeva. "We're next."

Her face fell, and she started shaking her head. "No... no no no," she murmured, her voice shaking as well. "How is this even possible?! It's only been, what, an hour since I spoke to him!" She grabbed her head with her hands. "This can't be happening..." She looked at Myron's body, almost as pale as him now.
