Tom grinned and kissed her hand happily. That was the first step to their road to freedom. "When can you leave?" He asked softly. The nurse was in the room still, helping Maeva back to bed.

"The doctor is trying to arrange that I can leave later tonight," she said softly, getting back into bed.
Roger nodded. "Oh. Wonderful! I'm sure you'll be glad to get out of this bed." He said. They were going to escape tonight. He still needed to rally up a ghost to assist with their deception.

The nurse smiled and then left. Roger looked at Maeva and squeezed her hand. "soon.... You're going to be free." He murmured.
