Short Bio: Siofra was born into the rising house of al'tare or the house of the rushing Hare. Aspiring the rise in power and luxury they sired not one but two daughters. They wasted little time or or expense to give their daughters proper education in womenhood, etiquette and everything that would be expected of them to merry up. Siofra was far more fascinated with what lay outside their home, the open world was ripe for exploration as a young girl and it often distracted her from her lessons to watch the more common children play. Her elder sister was diligent in her studies but was never unkind to her younger sister and often encouraged her wonderment of the outside world. When Siofra could sneak out she often would, returning dirty or with torn dresses which would drive her mother into furious fits.
Over the years as they grew and and became time to find a suitor for her elder sister, it became more and more apparent that her sister was unwell. Leaving their parents to scramble for a marriage that would at least uphold their standards with no hope of marring an ill daughter off to someone higher. Alas Her sister past before arrangements could eve be made and it seemed to Siofra that they mourned the loss of of a tool to their success more then they mourned the loss of their daughter. The last straw came when they arranged a marriage for her before she was even done morning the lose of her sister.
When they summoned her to give her the news of the arrangement and how proud they were of her, or rather of themselves. A wild emotion set upon her, like a cage beast she hadn't even known was there, a deep settled hated towards the two people she should have loved. She took her fathers sword and with a nothing short of malice did she cut her own hair, leaving her black locks a jagged ugly mess that she threw upon the floor at his feet. In her defiance she'd screamed sometime she cannot recall now. Her rage had come to a peek and was doused quite suddenly when her father back handed her, his ring cutting her cheek and bringing her back to reality for only a moment. That is when both parents noticed the slightest change in their daughter, Golden eyes looked back at them.
That was the night she'd left her home, taking a bag of coin from her families coffers and purchased a horse, taking little else with her beyond a pendent that used to be her sisters. She never looked back, opting to wander were she would. And it was here in the wilds that she realized what that caged beast was with in, it was here she truly connected with the outdoors, with the wolves. It was through this connection she found herself and what she really wanted to be. during her travels she also came upon a group of sisters from the white tower and learned from them that she could channel if only just barely strong enough to pass, so they guessed. Having decided then that whatever it was, if it sounded interesting and fun she wanted to try it, holding nothing back and being held back by nothing, this world had much to explore and now that she was free, she wanted to see it all. So off to the tower she went.
