He frowned a bit and then began to bite his lip. "Well you haven't seen me around?" He asked and shook his head. "I've been with George for a few months."
Mirigold carried the things to the washer. She then went to wash them and then frowned a bit as she suddenly saw a storm coming.
"I hardly see George lately," Bastian said softly. He then looked at Mirigold. "Sweetheart, I shut the water off in the basement. Clint kinda messed up the water flow."
Mirigold frowned a bit and sighed. "Okay, so now we have to have that fixed....." She said and looked out the window. "We may have to get the storm cellar set up. Look at how bad it is." She told him softly.
Bastian looked outside and frowned. "Oh wow... Did they predict this?"
Mirigold shook her head. "No, they didn't. This is just sudden." She said and went to cut on the weather radio. "I'll get the kids into the shelter." She said and went to the couch and gently shook Kyda. "Hey, wake up." She told her softly.
Kyda stirred a little, and then slowly blinked her eyes open. She looked around and immediately jumped up, shifting back to her human form. "H-... How did I get inside?"
Mirigold gently took her hand. "Its okay.... There is a really bad storm coming and I need you to trust me. We have to go to the storm cellar." She told her softly and then went to stand.
Kyda frowned and looked outside. "What's a... what's a storm cellar?" she asked softly.
She frowned a bit and suddenly heard a boom of thunder. "It will keep us all safe." She said to her and suddenly heard the tornado sirens. "Babe, get Clint!" She said and then grabbed Kyda's arm. "Its okay, come on."
Clint started to panic a bit and it set off his power and water came blasting out of his hands before he stopped it. He then glanced around. "What is that?"
Kyda nodded quickly and allowed Mirigold to lead her to the cellar. Bastian went over to Clint and laid his hands on his shoulders. "Hey. It's okay. That sound lets us know very bad weather is coming, but we'll be just fine in the storm cellar. Go on and follow Mirigold. I'll be right behind you, I just need to grab some things."
