She lowered her voice and sighed. "..Sorry.." She put her head in her hands, "I don't know how he got Sarah, but there is no other way to save her. Though something was off with her, she may have been drugged but I am not sure. My father is a very dangerous man and you won't lose me, You'll get me back. Trust me." Soon the taxi arrived at the airport but she was just frozen in the seat,
Ian thanked and paid the driver, and got out of the car. He went over to Anna's side and gently took her hand. "...Come on. We'll figure out what to do on the plane."
She felt Ian take her hand and then she got out of the car. "Let's just hurry..."
He nodded. "Our plane leaves in 20 minutes. I'll carry your bag, okay?"
"S-Sure." She gave him her bag and started walking towards the gate that they needed to be at ignoring her surroundings. She couldn't really focus all that much.
He followed her, looking around. This was bad. This was really bad, and he hated it. He needed a break, and they were supposed to be having one right now.
She knew she was never going to get a break but it was worth a try. It only made things worse. Soon she was at the gate and turned towards Ian. She didn't say anything, she didn't know what to say. She was scared that was all she knew.
Ian guided her to the desk and showed their boarding passes. They were approved, and Ian and Anna were led onto the plane with the other passengers. Ian stayed close to her, but didn't speak either.
She found her way to her seat. She closed her eyes and sighed deeply. She then called Sarah's number again to see if the man picked up. She did this before the plane took off. She wanted to tell them that she would be there.
Like before, it went straight to voice mail. The man had turned it off.
