She sighed and walked out. She went to George. "He wants to talk to you...But he does know about the walk.." She looked at George with worry.
She sighed and walked out. She went to George. "He wants to talk to you...But he does know about the walk.." She looked at George with worry.
George nodded calmly. "Okay. That's fine. I'll see you around yes?" he said and gave her a smile before heading into her father's office.
She smiled and nodded before he walked into the office, She went to her room and sat there as she didn't have to do anything work right now, luckily. She sighed and was wondering what her Father was saying.
George closed the door behind him and nodded respectfully at Anna's father. "What can I do for you, sir?"
"Tell me about your mission with Anna. How'd it go?"
"It went well, sir. She accepted my guard and I kept a close eye on her as she collected the evidence you asked for."
"What about the way back?"
"She seemed quite upset, sir. I wanted to make sure she'd have a level head before seeing you again, so I walked her back the last couple of blocks to allow her to have some fresh air and calm down. I've noticed temper flares run in the family, and I didn't want her to have one upon return. For your convenience, so to speak." Her father nodded and smiled slightly.
"Very well. You're a good worker, George. You're dismissed." George nodded at him again and calmly exited his office.
she picked a new outfit as she knew she couldn't stay in this one. The on she chose was very little revealing but it showed off her figure. This was honestly her favorite outfit her father had gotten for her. She smiled to herself.
When George had made sure he wasn't being shadowed, he headed over to Anna's room and knocked on her door.
She opened the door and Smiled "Hey." She opened the door wider to let him in. She sighed wondering what he was here for, didn't he have other duties?, How did the talk with her dad go?, she had questions but ignored them.
He smiled back and stepped inside, closing the door behind him. "Hey. Just wanted to let you know your dad suspects nothing."
She smiled, "That's good" She looked at him for a second and looked away. She sighed at the thought of Ian but continued to ignore it.
He took her averted gaze as a signal that she wanted to be alone, and opened the door again. "I have to run some errands. I'll see you around. You look nice in that," he said with a small smile, and then headed out.
