"That's very true. We need to keep our mind off of things." She smiled and yawned once more refusing to go to sleep.

He chuckled, and then there was a knock at their door, which startled him. He sat up, but then heard somebody call out 'roomservice', and visibly relaxed. He walked over to the door and opened it with a friendly smile.
"Here you go sir," the hotel employee said politely, handing him a platter with two cocktails on it. He took it and thanked the employee before closing the door again. He turned to look at Anna.
"These look amazing, don't you think?"
She was also startled by the knock but her head fell onto the bed when he got up. She saw the drinks and smiled. "T-Those look great." She felt as if she shouldn't drink more but was definitely not going to let it go to waste. Anna sat up and changed the song.
Ian sat down and handed her one of the glasses. He gently touched her glass with his. "Cheers. To getting our minds off of things."
She giggled. "Cheers!" She smiled and started drinking. "This-this is pretty good."
"I sure hope it is, it was expensive," he said with a smirk.
She frowned. "I can help pay..." She took another sip and sighed. She then set her drink down.
"No need, I've got it," he said, taking a sip as well.
"Oh ok." She sighed and felt bad about not helping. She looked at the ground.
He looked at her. "Hey... I was kidding. It's all good, really."
