Jason nodded " if it happens yes, there are more rooms in this wing you can have as your own rooms. Somewhere you have privacy " he said. He had to admit he would do anything to see her smile.

"That is not a problem at all, I set some time after noon to go on a walk to strech my legs it would be my pleasure to take you tomarow " he said. Jasons face lit up " you play the violin and harp? I also play the violn. I can defnetly see to a violin and harp can be put in the library " he said. Prahaps one day they could play together.

Jason smiled " oh of corce. "He shifted to his knees and made up a plate and sat besid her holding up sandwich quarter with letus, tomato and ham. He had napkin underneath to catch anything that fell.not wanting to ruin her dress. He could smell the sweet perfume she had on and it made him smile

Princess Amelia was happy to know he would take time out of his day to show her his kingdom. She gave him a small smile. "Thank you. I really do appreciate you allowing me to come into your kingdom and showing me around. It is tough to rule, but you make it look easy." This was a genuine compliment and she was not too sure where it came from. She cleared her throat and adjusted her skirts. "yes let's play together as soon as possible. Possibly tomorrow?"

As he leaned in and fed her Amelia did her best to have dignity as she accepted each bite of the food he offered her. Inbetween she pat her mouth with a hankerchief, to still remain poised and cleanly. After he fed her she blushed. "Thank you, I just wish I could dress how I reallt wanted to. Dresses and corsets are so restricting." She paused then looked him in the eyes. "Perhaps a kiss as a thank you?" She wanted to see how he would react and if he wanted her contact as much as she wanted his.

King Jason smiled "I try to take each chance to enjoy life, its hard to especially withe all the work needed to be done but the best way it to enjoy what is around me. some times those hard decisions takes a lot out of you " he explained feeling like she understand those decisions.his face lit up as Amelia suggested to play tomorrow" that sounds perfect, its been a long time since ive had some one to play with." he was falling for her he could feel it already. she had such a strong strong personality so confident and a natural beauty. he felt just lucky to have her hear with him.

Jason nodded, he could only imagen how uncomfortable it would be in a corsets would be" i support you in dressing how you would like you deserve to be comfortable" he said smiling . when she suggested a kiss thank you he blushed slightly but he nodded " i would injoy that greatly " he said leaning over and gently touched her cheek scooting forward " only if your sure of course . he wanted to kiss her desperately but he didn't want to push it to make her feel forced. his warm callused thumb rubed gently against the apple of her cheek. heenjoyed jsut this simple touch her skin felt like a rose petal

Princess Amelia was a strong and stubborn woman who was sure of herself. Except for in this moment. Her throat dried up from nerves as Jason moved closed to her. His callused thumb against her soft skin sent chills down her spine and goosebumps along her skin. She however, did not answer him with words. Instead she used what little courage she had left before changing her mind, and pressed her lips to his. It was a soft contact at first, but then she became greedy and deepend the kiss into a passionate swirl. She pulled him close to her body, her bossom upon his chest, and let her hands explore his body and mess up his hair.

After a few long moments she pushed him away. She did not like how she had lost herseld and how vulnerable he made her feel. She wanted him to protect her and to rely on him, but she still had too many guards up around her heart. Her hair was somewhat of a mess now and her lips plumped from their shared kiss. "I think I would like to retire to my room now before dinner." She had to get away before she lost herself again, try to get back to her stone like demeanor. Amelia tried to stand but was still bound by her corset.

Jasons eyes went wide for a moment not expecting this at all. It had caught him off gaurd but soon he returned her kisses. The hair on the nape of his neck stood up felling the plesure of such a kiss ripple threw him. His hand went back in to her solf hair being carful not to mess it up. When the kiss ended he was panting with a slight blush across his cheeks. He started his hair and nodded " oh of cource hear " he stood helping her up and started to walk her back to her bedroom.

In honestly he needed a moment to compose himself. He wanted tk sweep her in to his arms and make all of her dreams come true. He wanted to feel those soft lips again but he would be pashent. He told her he would never force her and and that was true . Once they araved at her room he bowed low and kissed her hand " ill come and get you at dinner princess " he bowed once more andnwent to his office and closed the door. He leand against the door and smiled , he wondered how she felt . If she got the same feeling from it as he did. Oh he hoped but time would tell

Amelia nodded and gave him a curtsy as he dropped her off in her room. "Thank you for being so king as to escort me back. I fear I may have gotten lost. I will see you at dinner. Julianna will bring me down, no need to trouble yourself to come back for me." She then shut the door slowly. Once she was sure he was gone she let out a breath she was holding and let out a small squeal of happiness. Then she threw herself onto her new bed and hugged a pillow, silencing her scream of joys into her. She felt butterflies in her stomach and her heart felt strange. Is this what love was like? She had been in love before with the knight, but it had been a steady and grounding type love. After he kiss with Jason, she couldn't focus. This type of love was dangerous with flames of passion and chaos. It was an addiction. She had to fight all of the fibers in her being to pull him into her room and have her way with him. She blushed at the thought.

Julianna cleared her throat. "Hello Princess. It seems you have had a nice afternoon with King Jason." Amelia sat up and tried to smooth out her hair and regain her composure. Amelia decided to shift the focus of the conversation.
"Julianna draw me a bath. Add my lavendar and rose oils to the hot water. I want to get the smell of the country out of my skin." In reality she wanted to smell nice for Jason, but she would not to admit that.

At dinner time Amelia arrived in the grand dinner hall with Julianna leading the way. Amelia was wearing an elegant floor length navy blue dress with just enough sparkle to refract the light with subtle movmements. It highlighted her womanly figure. As she made her way to the table, Julianna pulled out the chair from her. Amelia then sat and let her eyes look at Jason intensely. Her hair was tied in a braid that was draped over one shoulder, to expose her shoulders and bosom. "King Jason.", she said in a simple greeting. She wanted to gauge how he would greet her since their shared kiss this afternoon.

King Jason had cleaned him self up changing out of his own traveling clothing. he found him self wanting to really make an impression. he had is foot man fill a bath and he washed in a bath of sandalwood and sage. he brushed his hair and pulled it back withe a velvet ribbon, a few peaces fell in to his face but he brushed them to the side . she made sure he wase saved and dressed properly in his colors of deep blue and gold. he made sure he looked perfect in his jacket. Before The kiss he had worried that this would not work at all, but now he had such hope.

making it to the dining room he made sure everything was perfect, he wanted things to be the best for Amelia. he was sitting to wait for Amelia to arrive and when she did he stood and could not help his reaction. the dress made her look like the night sky withe stars dancing across the navy fabric. earlier he thought she was gorgeous but this had no description. he had not realized his mouth was open and he had to give him self a shake. once Amelia was seated he sat and took her hand gently kissing the back " Princess Amelia, you will give the poets a hard time to describe your beauty this evening" he said as his lips lingered a little longer than they should he could smell the lavender and rose and could not think of a better sent to grace her skin.he sat back and sat her hand back on her lap " i hope everything wase available for you this afternoon" he said. he was being respectful but little more personal.it was a struggle not to take her hand and hid in a corner to feel her lips once more like teenagers at court

the maids and footmen around them were also amazed withe her beauty and smiled at the reaction of there king.

As Amelia sat she bowed nodded to him. He was so close as he sat across from her. His scent of sage and sandalwood filling her nostrils. It was mesmerizing. King Jason was more appetizing to her than the food. She did not care for t he food at all, she no longer had an appetite. Lust filled her and that was all that mattered to her right now. However, she continued to keep her composure. She was a trained royal after all, one was taught to keep a game face and not let true emotion show. Not until you knew you were secure in your position or safe from enemies. Right now she still was not sure as to who Jason was to her. The two could be using eachother as a means to an end.

As his lips brushed up against her skin it felt like her skin came alight with a warm fire. It tingled all the way down to her bones. "You are quite the eye sight yourself tonight. You certainly clean up well. Almost look like a proper king." she teased him lightly. "Yes, Julianna was able to tend to my needs while I rested from the long journey here." She let a silence fall between them as she tried to find something to talk about when that was the last thing she wanted to do right now. She fought every fiber in her being to not touch him and be like a silly romantic couple and have public displays of affection.

"What did you do this afternoon when we parted?" She asked as the first course was served. It was a light tomato and basil salad served with a small portion of bread. Amelia gently took the fork and lifted a small piece of food to her mouth. She was gentle as she ate and had perfect manners. "I would also like a glass of wine please." She called to one of the servants after eating,

King Jason lafughed and nodded " thank you my dear, I do look scruffy most the time, but to walk side by side with you, look like a proper king insted of a holagan " . He lafughed at him self but he wanted to look well dressed for her, especially since she liked it.

He wanted to touch her more feel her smooth skin smell thr lavender in the cook of her neck. He had to get a hold of him self, he coudent do that yet they had just had a whole day together. He didn't want to be improper and treeat her like she deserved. " im glad you coukd access everything that was needed. I got ready for dinner as well and I worked in some diffrent matters. With the yelleds from the field this year we are runing verry close to not having enfugh for winter. I'm thinking will have to ration the food and look inn to turning a strip if forst innto more farming land " he explained " what are your thoughts?" He asked

One of the femail servents came over and carefully poured her a glass of wine " is there anything elce I can get for you princess ?" She asked bowing to her. Jason would cur a small bite and and then a sip of wine. You could tell his manners were rusty and aquward but he knew his manners

Amelia studied Jason closely as he ate and drank in front of her. She could see he was rough around the edges. A smile came to her face though knowing he was doing his best for her. There was a charm to his ruggedness. Her last lover was proper and gentlemanly, he was similar to her. But now she could see that she needed someone that was opposite of her to keep her balanced. She shook the thoughts of her old lover from her mind. There was still an ache there in her heart, but she was sure Jason could fill it.

"We cannot have people uprising due to lack of food. We also cannot have people dying because that means less taxes for the royal treasury. Without proper funds we would not be able to defend our borders. We cannot look weak. What we should do is store the remaining food and ration it. Give everyone a ticket and only give them what they need. We should also rotate the land we use the crops on. This will help to give the soil a break so we can grow more food. We should also look to crops that can survive harsher conditions such as potatoes or corn. It is not nutritious, but it brings in a large crop to feed the people. I will also write to my father and have him send some food to support your people. It can be seen as part of the treaty to keep the peace."

She hoped her answer would suffice and he would see her as a worthy equal to get advice from for running his kingdom. Amelia then turned to the servant. " Yes I would like some dessert please. One I can share with Jason. Jason what is your favorite dessert?"
