This RP looks pretty fun, is it free-form? I was thinking of a space trucker or engineer. Someone working for a company inspired by the likes of Wayland Corp or Concordance Extraction Corporation.

This is an independent crew aboard a refurbished no-thrills Liberator-class freighter (think war-time surplus bare bones ship that smells slightly of boiled cabbage) that has contragrav cargo drop pods (and not the big ones other commercial ships use, these are like a three-story high small warehouse with room to load it up to two stories). Of course, your previous work history could have been for such a company before going independent. Anyway, check in with the bossman SaltyIrishman, and maybe give him a character sheet.

Wanna be a shuttle/cargo pod pilot? Or we could use a second engineer, there's a lot of heavy lifting in that.

Cargo pod pilot sounds fun, seems to match my idea of space trucker.
