I can't help you if you don't talk to me. You can still play the Robbin Hood reincarnation, I just curbed their power a little.
Just imagine, sure you can no longer make them out of thin air, but you can still stop arrows and crossbow bolts, make bows and swords fly to your hand, and have about 10 floating 15 feet away from you and have all 10 hit right where you want 'em to.
It's still pretty powerful if you really think about it.

Now, if you have another idea you'd want to try instead that's fine. But keep in mind any good DM may tweak a few things to help fit the RP and keep things balanced. I would like to work with you, but I can't do that if you take down anything you come up with just because I want to change a few details to help fit and balance.

This is very interesting, though I will need to curb some of those powers, but you can still use them for the most part.
Just can't create or reshape, and you must need to see the sword/bow initially in order to use it, and it doesn't have infinite range. you can presently hold 10 items using these abilities, and they are best used within 15 feet of you. The hold limit and efficient rang may increase with time.
You can learn magic, it will not count towards the ability limit. But I also suggest you look at other things. My character only has one ability.

Being accused of going against one's own rules isn't good. But I don't see anything that says that he can only have 1 power, which is his accusation. I said no such.
I said that it would be a good idea to look at other characters and then pointed out that mine only had one ability. I did not say, in any way, that he needed to copy my character and be limited to one ability.

please talk to me if you think I'm out of line instead of assuming.
