Allysa looked at him a bit tense and sat down
“I won’t forgive you. I won’t forget you yet, but I’m going to leave you and move on.” – Hatori Chise
His eyes widened when he realised what the sound was, and he hung up immediately, breaking the connection. He stared at the phone for a moment. Who could have this kind of technology at their expense? He didn't think hunters had become this tech-savvy, but he could be wrong. Or could they be in bigger trouble than they knew? He handed the phone back to Allysa with a worried look.
"...Take any files or numbers you want to keep off your phone. We have to get rid of it."
with shivering hands she took her phone back and looked at it, her heartbeat quickened, and she put her phone down "Don't have any numbers I want to keep, what's going on Nathaniel?"
“I won’t forgive you. I won’t forget you yet, but I’m going to leave you and move on.” – Hatori Chise
"They're trying to track you," he said softly.
Allysa was shocked and panicked "What..." she spoke quickly and stood on "We have to get out of here"
“I won’t forgive you. I won’t forget you yet, but I’m going to leave you and move on.” – Hatori Chise
"Maybe we don't need to," he said softly. "How long was your last call with that number?"
"5 minutes," she said, not knowing that that was far too long
“I won’t forgive you. I won’t forget you yet, but I’m going to leave you and move on.” – Hatori Chise
His heart sank a little and he closed his eyes. "...Then they got you," he said softly. "When was this? When you were in town?"
Allysa felt a twinge to her chest and panicked her hands shivered and she tried to calm down
“I won’t forgive you. I won’t forget you yet, but I’m going to leave you and move on.” – Hatori Chise
Nathaniel got up and took her hands. "Allysa... It's okay. Breathe," he said softly. He took a deep breath in and gestured for her to follow his lead. Then he slowly breathed out, drawing it out a little.
