He smiled a little and reached out, and gently took her hand. "...I believe you," he said softly.
Allysa looked at him, her hand shivered and she closed her eyes slowly

He softly stroked the back of her hand with his thumb. "It's okay."
After a while her medication started working her body calmed down and Allysa fell asleep exhausted

Nathaniel stayed with her for a while until he was sure she'd be okay. Then he went back into the other room to change and stand watch. He didn't feel like sleeping tonight.
Allysa woke up later that night screaming "MOM DAD!!!" she screamed and looked anxiously around her as if she was still sleeping

Nathaniel rushed into the room with a startled expression. "Allysa? Gods, are you okay?"
Allysa looked at him anxiously "They are going to hurt me, I don't want to leave you" she said sleeping in tears

He frowned when he realised she wasn't fully awake. "It's okay,' he said soothingly, going over to her. He sat down with her and gently rubbed her shoulders. "You're safe. Go back to sleep."
