Name: Agnath, the One of Many Names
Species: Dragon
Abilities:
Shapechanging: Agnath possesses the ability to change his looks in almost any way, without changing his general size, weight, or limb arrangement. This also applies to the color and consistency of his fire breath.
Fire Breath: All the great dragons can breathe fire. Agnath can blast columns of flame from his mouth to a range of 60 feet and can accurately shoot a fireball 150 feet.
Fang, Scale, and Claw: Agnath’s saliva contains a mild neurotoxin that can lead to dizziness, nausea, vomiting, and even death if left untreated. His claws are fairly sharp and his scales are quite hard.
Like A Furnace With Wings: Agnath’s wings aren’t just for show. Flight is easy for a creature of Agnath’s calibre. His regular cruising speed is 40 to 60 mph, flat-out top speed is 100, and while diving he can reach speeds of up to 130 miles per hour. Top altitude is 13,000 feet.
Description: Agnath, the One of Many Names is also One of Many Looks. His scales may be silver one day or coppery green the next. Some days he might have long, curving horns, other days straight and spiky, and some days none at all. There is a limit to his shapeshifting, however. No matter what he does, he still has four legs, two wings, and a tail. His dimensions are as follows: 35-40 feet long, 9-12 feet tall, a wingspan approximately equal to 1.5 times his length, and a weight of 5,000 pounds. A truly formidable beast.
Personality: Agnath is, first and foremost, an actor. A dramatic, emotional actor in the body of a fire breathing reptile. He always takes his roles seriously, often preparing for days for his newest “character”. He views his fights with his companion as a sort of theatre, and him the shining star. He could care less about destroying villages and lighting barns on fire, he just wants his time in the limelight. If he could, he’d abandon his life of draconian destruction for one of costumes and scripts. Though he does recognize there are certain perks to being a dragon.
