Parker nodded his head and sighed a little. "Come on in." He said and led Jim inside the house. "Okay, so I know that you use to be a gang member in your past. Is that right?" He asked her softly.
Parker nodded his head and sighed a little. "Come on in." He said and led Jim inside the house. "Okay, so I know that you use to be a gang member in your past. Is that right?" He asked her softly.
Jim followed him, looking around a little suspiciously. "...How would you know that?"
Parker chuckled and looked at him. "Word gets around." He said with a small chuckle. "So what was your job when you were in the gang?"
Jim sighed softly and looked at him. "I've been a worker, a getaway driver, a heist assistant, a kidnapper, a spy, a double spy... Take your pick."
Parker smiled and looked at him. Of course he knew more about Jim then what Jim thought he did. "I need you to be my kidnapper." He said and crossed his arms over his chest. "How often have you done that?"
Jim gulped a little and looked at him. That triggered something in him, and he looked pretty much ready to either fight or flee. Still, he stood his ground. "Once or twice. Why, what is this about?"
Parker smiled and looked at him. "Well there is this other gang that I have a bone to pick with. They are on the South side of town. I need one of their workers brought here to an interigatation." He explained to him and gave a smile. "That pays Like a hundred dollars a day."
Jim frowned and huffed. "A hundred dollars a day? For a full-on kidnapping? Yeah right. Good luck finding somebody who's willing to go through all those risks for so little money."
Parker sighed and crossed his arms again. "Then you name a price. Surely we can come up with a compromise?" He said and striated to tap his foot.
Jim looked at him. He had to start high, in case Parker was planning to haggle. Besides, this wasn't an easy job, especially with his history. He needed to be smart here.
"Five thousand dollars. No daily commitment. You pay half up front, the other half when I deliver the guy. Simple as that. I'll get it done in a week, and that'll be that. A one time deal."
