Angel - so wings? If yes, can they hide them from sight? Does the Prolonged Field Care Pack interfere with the wings?

Well, currently the only difference between an angel and a normal human is that an angel has a respiratory system more similar to a bird.
As for wings, the short answer is yes, while the long answer pretty much amounts to kind of. Normally, no wings are present, however he can sprout wings, however doing so requires a very high amount of magic. Not like, "oh hey, this place has some magic" amount, more of like, "I've never felt this magic in one place plus I also need the magic of 3-4 other people for this to even have a chance of working," amount.

Though I should note: even the most verdant of greenhorns have completed their field training, so he should be technically proficient in hand-to-hand combat, firearms, and at least one form of melee weaponry. They wouldn’t send them into the field otherwise, it’d be a waste to send your promising young magician or metaphysic to be devoured by werewolves.

Sheppard, as far as your character goes, I’d prefer her to be working for the Ouroboros Organization, as the game primarily concerns them. This can be a recent event, or she could have been working for Ouroboros for decades. If she’s new, then her clearance level would be much lower. One’s experience with the paranormal has little bearing over clearance level. Clearance level is determined by how long one has been working for Ouroboros and how trustworthy they are.

Designation is the Organization’s numerical code for each agent. A letter, followed by a number, at least 2 digits

Okay, put together a list of 11 skills, in the following format:

I sorted them into Combat, Medical, Practical, then the Individual skills. I didn't include any basic skills like cooking or sewing - if my character was a chef or a fashion designer, then those would go under Practical skills.

I rated the skill levels from 1 to 5

1. Novice
2. Journeyman
3. Master
4. Advanced / Specialist
5. Grandmaster

So a med student would be a (1) novice; when they start residency they're (2) journeymen; when they finish residency they're (3) masters; if they become psychiatrists or surgeons they're (4) specialists, and when they're highly respected in their fields, (5) grandmasters.

Of course, I'd like you to approve these skills, which is why the last line is "Approved" waiting for your Yes or No.

I also gave Sabine a designation of M (For Mage) - 13, and added under Abilities for Shape-Shifter that she's got a keen sense of smell.

And added three bits of equipment to Sabine's table - a small Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) with two tourniquets, an evidence collection kit, and two pairs of gloves - one pair leather, the other cotton. Helps her avoid "touching" people. Sabine would really hate to shake hands with Nosferatu or Rodica.
