OMG! I don't frequent here any more, but I'm really glad this part of my life is persevering. let me know if there's ANYTHING at all I can do to restore this amazing corner of the internet back to its former glory.


I have a silly idea for an event: how about making a novel for nanowrimo written by the forum, communal stew style.

building off this idea, what if during Nanowrimo. I new thing opens up to work on building a story, with the next person to post builds continues on what everyone else has made?

I have an idea... What if we all post a chapter a day in a blog thread on the site here. Two Chapters a day for a span of two months. And at the end of the 2 month span... the one who has the best posts... from the best looking and sounding tale from a blog... Wins the award for best innovative blog tale. Whether it be Fandom-Fanfic-Adventure-Romantic-Exotic-Action-Thriller-Suspense-Horror-Etc.

It sounds a little sudden... but since there's new life being breathed into this site... it sounds like... something that could kick the site's new resurgence into a brand new frontier. Something that everyone could do.

Just an idea. It might pan out... then again... it might not. But i figure... if there's no risk... there's no reward. Wouldn't we all agree?

I am for any of these ideas, I would take part submitting my written contribution, and I would especially like an approach if we each were continuing from what was already posted for that, with further creativity.

Like whatever roleplaying posts(whether group or 1x1) are written on RPA by a member, there could be an event thread where they make one post and tally up their word count for the month of November only.

Does that make more sense?

This is exactly what they do on another site. Not that two sites can't do the same thing, but wasn't sure if you wanted to try and make it unique here.
