Ike bit down hard on his lips and nodded. "I... I don't know how to thank you."

"Simple, just stay safe while I go and find your friends and family. I would hate for anything to happen to you while I'm away." Cyreus said as he hugged Ike being kind and flirtatious with him wanting him to stay safe.

Ike sank into his embrace and nodded, fighting back more tears. "Please... you stay safe too."

"I'll be careful I promise." Cyreus said as he smiled and hugged Ike nuzzling into his neck and rubbed his back.

Ike sighed happily, and gently kissed Cyreus' shoulder. "Thank you. You... You're so different from all the stories."

"I grew up with a different perspective due to always exploring and didn't let the toxic mentality of my race cloud my judgement of others." Cyreus said as he smiled at Ike calmly.

Ike chuckled a little. "You're stronger than me then. I'm... sorry for thinking you would be a monster."

"I am just the way I am." Cyreus said as he chuckled and smiled at Ike before he started to move so that he could get on his way to look for Ike's friends and family by going through the underwater aqueducts.

Ike reluctantly let go of him, and watched as he started to leave. He mouthed a soft 'thank you', pulling up his knees so he could hug them to his chest.
