Small update for the inquisition team - which is an odd place to start, I'll admit, but I wanted to tie that one off before setting the scene for the Sirenia's next move (it will also, hopefully, add a bit of retroactive context to the loyalists Vounoe met).

However, @dakkagor; I have (I think, I hope) finally welded together the mess going on over the titans' heads. I hope it was worth the wait!

I'll await the rest of the WIP post before throwing anything more at the Sirenia on the ground.
