For as long as it has been settled, Dreambrooke has been a world class college community and tourist destination. It has attracted an ever growing populace of oddities, curiosities, and fascinating mysteries. What is kept under wraps however is its endless death rates ranging from accidents, to suicides, to unsolved murders. This means the city is always attracting new residents from all over the world to move in and fresh lively students to attend its world famous college. Although authorities and the general public are somehow largely oblivious or in denial of the town's history, There have long existed local myths and legends that overshadow the fate of those who dwell within.

In recent history however, those clever college kids are wising up to the dire living conditions of life on campus. The reports of monster sightings, supernatural incidents, and residents with mysterious pasts cannot all be covered up. The sorority of TauElpisTheta was founded to protect the youth which seemed most prone to falling prey to the dark forces drawn to the city. The local students soon found members among the campus who possessed unusual abilities and skills or knowledge and training that could be used to fight back against whatever next terrorized the college. A new semester has begun, a new class has signed up for another year on campus, and a new dark cloud closes in, turning Dreambrooke into a nightmare!

Personality: Damian is a more quiet person, he likes to observe his situation and not just jump into them. He spends most of his time either studying or working. He can be friendly once you get to know him though he is rather expressionless, which easily makes others read him wrong. For the most part, he is calm and collective, though also stubborn in many situations. Strong-willed and determined to do what he can to help once he knows he can. He is very curious about stories that startup, especially ghost stories, or ones of danger, thus you can easily find him snooping around secretly when something seems fishy.
History: Damian never knew his actual parents since they died when he was around two years old in an accident, so instead he grew up with his aunt and uncle who were travelers and never had any children of their own. They were very carefree people while he himself had always been the more serious one to tell them not to do anything stupid. Growing up in different places made him learn plenty of things, speaking three languages, learning certain fighting styles, and even getting his hands on water magic which started working really well with his passion for mixology as he got older. His adoptive mother ended up dying as he reached his last years of school, which ended up sending his uncle into depression causing him to send Damian away to a college further away. Though Damian got to decide where he wanted to go, his curious side picking the one place that seemed to have many secrets, dangerous or not, he was ready to learn of this new place, and these people, wondering just what was going on there while he continued his studies.

Personality: Elizabeth is a bit of a tomboy, she loves exploring, making friends, and food. She is very cheerful and outgoing but also quite lazy when she wants to be, if she can take a nap somewhere she would. She would be the first to jump into projects just to kill off her boredom since she can quite easily get bored just as easily as she can get distracted with other things happening. That means she prefers a quiet area when working on something serious. She is caring towards others though holds her own dark sides beneath her usual friendly behavior. She likes hunting things down, stalking in the dark, and enjoying the thrill of a chase if it's given to her.
History: Elizabeth grew up the youngest of six brothers, also having a twin brother. Her life was pretty easy seeing her parents were well known and rich. Though as she got older getting trained in combat and stealth and hunting was a must for them, her father especially wanted them to know how to survive if they ever entered a situation where they needed to. To the world outside, she was seen as just a normal girl, unless you were able to sense it you couldn't tell she wasn't human. Once old enough to go to college she wanted to go off on her own, rent an apartment, get a side job and live as if she wasn't a spoiled kitty, it was certainly hard at first even more so when she knew she could easily just ask her parents for something but she pushed through to become a hard worker and keep herself entertained. She is quite happy to make new friends and go wild with new projects if she isn't passing out in a random tree.

Personality: Matilda is a very serious person. She likes to solve problems in her usual work and invent new things. Studying nature and potions is her passion, and she spends her time with them more than with anything else. Though she is a friendly person, she always seems with a smile and good manners, but she also won't go out of her way to meet people, rather have them approach her. She is calm and collective but you can get her excited with new ideas and passions fairly easily. She can also come across as shy, though does her best not to be.
History: Matilda grew up in the countryside, her parents are farmers and she was the oldest child with a younger sister and brother. Her mother specialized in nature magic to help grow crops and keep them all healthy so Matilda quickly learned the same tricks, she grew quite passionate about nature from a young age and soon helped out on the farm before helping the town doctor with medicine. Once older she moved away to start learning more about medicines and nature, she started getting into potion making and also inventing some new things. She hopes to become an alchemist one day and pushes herself to master her crafts. Though this did lead her to forget about making friends and living a life, so her parents decided to send her to another college in hopes she loosens up.

The bells rang as the final classes were let out for the day. The sun was moving over the mountains, leaving behind a wake of red in the sky that painted the leaves the same color. A tidal wave of students came flooding out of the Dreambrooke college campus, racing for cars and bikes and buses to head home from the first day of a new semester.

Everyone was polite and keen to know the new students. It was an important tradition on the first day for new students to get introduced as the college had a strict policy on keeping awareness on all students. This tradition was tragically due to the high high annual disappearance and casualty rate among the student population, but spurred a sizzling active social life which further fueled the proactivity of joining sororities and fraternities. As the cliques and circles of friends formed up for safety and dispersed into the night, new faces were left looking around for direction in this new setting. Word was going around all day about a not so secret night club hidden behind a book store down town.

With the wave of students leaving one remained behind more while watching for most to finish their rush off towards their homes. Damian just waited after collecting his things, watching the others carefully but not leaving until it had quiet down more, rather leaving in peace than getting pushing out with the wave. Once it was clear her walked off towards his bike, placing his bag on the back and fastening it before grabbing his red helmet that fitted with the black and red colors of his bike. He had to prepare for work tonight, though he wasn't too excited about it today, the day was more tiring than he had expected it to be, now that it was the new semester.

Elizabeth made some small talk with friends as they joined the rest in leaving the campus, waving goodbye to them she reached her small blue car and got in before throwing her bag into the passenger seat. Stretching her arms and yawning before she grinned and prepared to get home and changed into something more fun, she would love to go to the nightclub today and have some fun but for the time being she had to go eat and find something more fitting than her daily clothes to wear, as long as it hid away her cat-like features from the rest.

Matilda was writing down some more notes on her notebook before she closed it up and packed up, leaving the campus and taking a big breath of fresh air once outside. She was admiring the beautiful scenery outside as the setting sun created its wonderful piece of art. A smile across her lips before she started walking back to her apartment, wondering if her roommate already got there or left with friends. She held her bag close to her side while making her way down the sidewalk, glad her place was luckily close by since she hasn't exactly gotten herself a form of transportation other than public busses. Luckily with her side work, she should be able to afford herself something small very soon.

While trying to wait out the crowds, the new blonde man saw a distant door down one of the hallways glowing through the grated window. It seemed oddly unlike an electrical flashing, too slow and green to be raw sparks or flames. After it died down, the door squeaked open and a pair of figures ducked out and scampered towards a far and unused exit door. Outside on the leaf strewn lawn, Damien could see a tall and short figure walking away from the school away from everyone else by crossing the gardens.

While Elizabeth was getting into her car on the way out of the parking lot, a pair of roaring bikes streaked past her from the schools garage workshops. They cut her off, not expecting anyone to be driving off through the student lane as a chrome and red pair of streaks raced each other off down the road. They each swerved around a giant SUV with custom wheels that were nearly monster truck sized. The truck honked at them before pulling up to the intersection behind Elizabeth as the keen eyed girl was driving off. The truck driver spotted Matilda and leaned down from his window shouting over the noise of his engine at the brunette* Hey! hey you! Yea, you! Need a ride? Hurry up before the light turns!

Damian found the behavior of the people here odd, but something has always been off, he knew that before even coming here, it was fair to say it was the reason he came. Though at the same time the place was more lively than he had imagined. He watched the two walk off but didn't have the time to sneak after them so just placed on his helmet and got on his bike, driving off to his apartment to get his clothes for his work. Perhaps next time he will be able to see what these odd things were. He drove off after the rest of the leaving bikes or cars.

Elizabeth smiled ready to leave peacefully only to have bikes rush in front of her making her hit the breaks a bit as she hisses out, she huffed and watched them drive off while she said: "Reckless bastards." Sighing a bit not long after it before she came to a stop at the red light and waited for it to switch. Matilda could hear the honking of the truck that made her glance over noticing the reckless driving happening, she just sighed and prepared to continue before someone called out to her. She looked at the driver surprised for a moment but the idea of a ride home didn't sound bad so she hurried over and got in before she said: "T-Thank you! I am not far from here just up the road." She didn't quite expect it but a day of less walking was a good day.

Hanging a beaded bracelet covered arm out of his window, the driver leaned back into the cabin watching the red light refuse to allow him to go after the two bikes as a blonde man on a cycle of his own wheel off after a blue car. Matilda scaled the side of the towering truck as she ascended towards the eighties rock music playing at the summit. When she finally reached the open door, she got in to find a native man shaped like a mountain waiting. He turned his mohawk towards the young brunette and gave a broad smile.

Yo! Are we heading home, or to the next party? Names Jakota, by the way, how bout you? Oop, there's the light!

Jakota stomped on the gas and made the truck roar forth, squeezing into traffic as he turned up the road. The large mans denim vest was barely holding onto his chest as Matilda was looking down at the roofs of cars and trucks, able to see them for the first time while moving among them from such a vantage. The sunset town suddenly was much more scenic from up here. It would be enjoyable if one could mute the engine and rock music.

I was gonna stop by the nightclub, but if we gotta make a stop, thats fine by me! You comin tonight or got a better place to hang out?

Matilda looked over at the man who introduced himself as Jakota, studying in for a quick moment before she said: "Next party? Oh, I am Matilda, it's nice to meet you sir Jakota, thank you very much for the lift." She had heard of the nightclub before but seeing she wasn't a very social person she hasn't exactly gone there before, she knew most of the students seemed rather fond of the place after class and on weekends. She glanced at the cars below realizing just how high up the truck was, it was quite a sight on its own which she clearly enjoyed not minding the loud music or the roaring engine that much. She looked back at the man again with a small smile as she said: "Well, I wasn't really planning on going anywhere, but I should probably get out of my books for a bit so I don't mind going along to the nightclub... If it's okay for me to leave my books here, don't think it's something to take into a club."

Elizabeth smiled as she finally reached her home and quickly parked the car before rushing to the apartment buildings and throwing her bag of books down in the corner before getting herself a nice night dress for the evening, picking a mini that was purple in color, she made sure anything showing she wasn't quite human was covered up before touching up her makeup and grabbing a smaller bag go take along with her valuables. Then she returned to her car to drive on towards the club.

Damian reached his apartments and placed his things inside before getting into his work clothes quickly, he checked the time on his watch before cursing under his breath as he was slightly running late again, traffic getting too tight from school to his home. He rushed out again and towards the back of the club, where he entered the staff area and got everything he needed to start work.
