Their capitol is the hellish Black City. The Faction of Chaos is the bane of all that is good and organized. The gods are cruel violent killers that often do not see themselves in error. They promote chaos and destruction only to glorify themselves. They are naturally at war with the Faction of Order. Baldramort himself is the creator of darkness.
During the battle at his underground temple, beneath the Vatican City, Baldramort was challenged by a group of gods. He easily defeated them, and intended to sacrifice their life force to open the portal to his home realm, Carcari. However, in an unexpected twist, his long-lost son Damian made an appearance and ruined his ritual. Instead, his own lifeforce was sapped, leaving Baldramort defenseless against the group of fallen deities. After losing the battle, Baldramort decided to commit suicide, and would rather die by his own hands then allow a lesser being to take his life.
Spoiler: The Battle SystemThere will be plenty of action in this RP. The Co-GMs and I will set NPC's upon you to battle. Do whatever you want with them as long as there is no godmodding. We will take control of the NPCs as we see fit or requested.
There will be times of player against player battles. The Co-GMs and I will be the judges of your battle, and will decide the victor based on creativity and how the fight proceeded. In between posts, there will be a GM post deciding what hits are landed and what-not. These same rules will apply during mini-boss and boss battles.

Spoiler: Abbadon: Goddess of Destruction (DECEASED)
One of Baldramort's higher ranking officers. She often leads the armies of Chaos into war. Now, her new goal is to go after whoever slayed Suriyel. Her powers of destruction grows with each life she takes. She fell to the city of London, and quickly terrorized the capital by slaughtering many of the innocents. A few nearby gods battled her to save the humans, but were struggling against the powerful goddess. Before Abbadon had the chance to kill one of the gods, Selrina the Balance Monarch appeared and easily killed Abbadon with just a snap of her fingers.
Spoiler: Kraynor: God of Thunder (DECEASED)

However, whenever his homeland of Averas is invaded by any foul gods or beasts, Kraynor is immediately in the front lines of battle to defend his beloved plane. He had the misfortune of being captured quickly by Colonel Hawkin's forces and then executed swiftly.

Diz is one of the most ancient beings of the multiverse. He was one of the first entities to appear shortly after the creation of the Five Monarchs and the Throne of Gods. He has no true home, and has lived a very isolated life. He wandered on his lonesome all over the many celestial planes. An aura of dark power surrounds him, and many gods rarely try to raise a conflict with him. The benevolent gods distrust him, and the malevolent gods envy him. He is a being full of mysteries... as his goals were unknown to all even before the fall of the gods.
It seems he is gathering followers to create a celestial revolution. The time of the Monarchs is over, and he plans to bring about a new age within the heavens.
Spoiler: Morgana: Goddess of Truth
Of the faction of Order, Morgana is innately capable of telling when someone is lying. Her lance glimmers with holy light, which burns like white hot fire and instantly cauterizes wounds. Morgana has a history of being Jaslyn's rival.

They often act as peaceful ambassadors and are sent to the other realms in order to find peaceful... or the best... solutions. Lucielle was chosen to become a Council member based upon her blunt but cheerful personality, but mainly because she could see into the deepest desires of a person. She was often useful for discovering a representative's hidden agenda. After the Fall, she can only sense a person's desires based upon how much one wants it. She is well versatile with the bow and magic.
She joined Zypher's group in their quest to open the portal to Mechanus. Unfortunately, she met her end in a battle against the demigods, and was slain by Colonel Hawkins. She more or less sacrificed her own safety to save everyone else from the onslaught.

Fridi can see using Neveah’s sights, and Neveah could hear based upon her sister’s perception. If one ever lost the other, that goddess would be severely crippled.
Fridi and Neveah were loyal followers of Baldramort and carried out his plans of chaos throughout the celestial realms. Fridi can produce deadly supersonic screams while Neveah could shape-shift. Together, the two vicious assassins are a formidable force.
Ever since the Fall, the Gemini have switched their loyalty from Baldramort to Diz. They support his ideal of a rebellion against the Monarchs, and will do everything in their power to see this ambition come true. They were both extremely loyal to Diz, but even their loyalty wasn't enough. They were both sacrificed to create an Abomination, a powerful beast with the capabilities of challenging even a Monarch.
Spoiler: Iravelle: The Goddess of Innocence (DECEASED)Iravelle was a goddess of innocence, and had the incredible powers of healing others with her purity. The circumstances surrounding his birth revolved around deceit and a prophecy... a revelation... that this child will bring doom to all of the multiverse. Apparently, that is not the case, and Damian is very much alive and finally ready to enact his vengeance. Is he responsible for the death of Suriyel and the Fall of the Gods?

It turns out, Colonel Hawkins is the bastard son of the King himself, Suriyel. He is the strongest demigod, and has the powers of omniscience to see into another's past. He also has the deadly ability of absorbing a slain god's powers by drinking their blood. He continues growing powerful with each kill, and will soon be unmatched with his might.
In the final battle at New York City, Hawkins faced against multiple deities, but the ones that gave him most trouble were Spero and Zypher. Both of them awakened their inner powers, and with their combined might, they managed to slay the almighty demigod and his scheme to take his father's throne.

Both of these squadrons were formed under Colonel Hawk's commands. They have gone through many years of training specifically to battle against gods. Their helmets are scientifically magnetized to negate the illusion powers of Jaslyn, the God of Indulgence.
Lt. Raver and Lt. Cabal lead these two squadrons, and they are both Demigods that do the bidding of Colonel Hawkins. Raver is a master of ice manipulation while Cabal can teleport in short distances. Her origins are shrouded in mystery, but she has been known to be around since Arthurian Times.
She fought alongside with her leader, Colonel Hawkins, at the final battle of New York City. Her squadron tackled on Danero, while Lt. Ember was involved in an epic one-on-one battle with Jaslyn. By the end of the battle, it seemed Jaslyn was victorious by inflicting fatal blows to Ember, but the demigod used a grenade at the last second to kill herself and took down Jaslyn with her.
Spoiler: Lieutenant Tyrace (DECEASED)
Lieutenant Tyrace is a faithful soldier of the United States Air Force, and more importantly, a proud demigod serving under the leadership of Colonel Hawkins. Lt. Tyrace is the leader of Unit 4, but don't underestimate him because of his rank. He is known for his superior physical strength, and many ancient legends revolve around his story. This includes one of the most famous heroic tales of them all, the almighty champion known as Hercules.
At the final battle of New York City, Tyrace fought alongside with his leader, Colonel Hawkins. Tyrace faced against Spero and Kai, overwhelming them with his massive physical strength. However, his fatal mistake was leaving his guard down, and Kai finished him off with a p

Long ago, a few packs of them escaped from the celestial planes and found themselves wandering in the ancient sewers of England for centuries. They have been preying upon slops, vermin, and the occasional wandering humans. Their appetites have never been sated, and they have only become more blood-thirsty.

It was a long and bloody war, but they managed to drive back the majority of the dragons back into the celestial realms and imprisoned them. Then, they purged the remaining dragons at earth. However, one dragon was kept alive in secret by the Demi-Gods. Spoiler: Prequel Characters
Spoiler: Calathiel: Goddess of DiscordName: Calathiel
Gender: Female
Age: 2,700
Appearance:Spoiler: Calathiel
Calathiel appears to be the antithesis of what one would expect of a servant of Chaos. Her hair is light, nearly blonde in good lightening, her frame is thin and toned. Calathiel strongly favors wearing white, and is almost always immaculate in appearance, well put together. There is a young adult youth and elegance associated with her.
Goddess of Discord
Faction: Chaos
Powers: Calathiel wields the power of influence and persuasion, the ability to manipulate the mind itself. Calathiel forges a telepathic link between her and her target, she is able to influence, and change their thoughts, their emotions and memories, even implementing the foreign and through slow and steady, or occasionally rapid torture can drive people absolutely insane, to point of death itself. Through centuries of training and work, Calathiel can even, with time and patience undo the mind of Gods themselves, and that far greater than she. It often serves to simply gain her an in, to point at which she can use other means of accomplishing her goals. Of course it is generally more effective in those with a weaker will.
Weapon: Poisoned tipped daggers.
Personality: Unlike most of her faction, Calathiel is outwardly personable, she is charming. There is almost a seductive element to her outward action, though beneath the surface is an intelligent, cunning and manipulative creature who can be cruel beyond imagine. She believes in accomplishing her goals no matter what the cost, and as such can be described as ruthless. Calathiel puts little faith in others and would largely rather work on her own. To her credit she is intensely loyal to her faction and the Monarch which she serves in particular.
Background: Calathiel was born to a high ranking family in the Black City. A family fiercely loyal to Baldramort, who served in their divine right at his side, his support. The hellscape of the Black City provided a distinctive education, one that would truly hone and sharpen the skills of wit and power, of deception and lies. The definition of Holy takes a new form in the Black City, ranking them above all. From a young age Calathiel was trained in her hatred and resentment of those closest to Order, for who were they to decide what Order truly looked like? Calathiel was taught that there was, indeed order in the Chaos and those who demanded regulations and to be confined to a set structure were the embodiment of oppression.
Calathiel found comfort in the darkness, with most in her faction her parents took an early withdrawal from her life, fighting in the natural state of war between the Order and Chaos, with those in between serving as mere distractions. She was left to a life at the bottom of the court, being raised by the darkness itself and trained then for her future in manipulation and combat. The gods and goddesses above her taking her under their wing. It was one fateful day, when her first significant order was handed down, after several centuries of training and perhaps in that time Calathiel found herself growing slightly stir crazy, trapped on the Demonic planes. This of course, making a degree of sense, the deteriorate the mind, to firmly instate the mentality of fear and loyalty that governed them all, even in the most hopeless of worlds.
The assignment was simple enough in instruction, to seek out the God of the Day and make render his being ineffective, to assassinate him in the end. From what Calathiel understood, the assignment was more of a political statement with the onset of waste than anything else. A change was needed, a message needed to be sent, and finally her time had come. Perhaps it was the air in a different realm, another plane of existence, but it was intoxicating to Calathiel, and with careful determination and of course, manipulation of memories and orders, she ingratiated herself in the court of the God, and over a period of months began to assault his mind. Slowly she unraveled the walls he had built, and began to dig to painful memories, of the wars and battles, those he had lost, and she amplified them, invigorating the pain, freshening the wounds, and forcing him to blame himself. The process was time consumption and arduous, it was around then that many would remember regrettably that he began to kill his own subjects, and threatened to wage war against his own kind, the Gods who adhered to a standard greater than the Chaos that truly dominated.
It was when she in fact, had managed to convince him to take his own life, ending his own reign once and for all, leaving just enough time before the next one would rise up and take his place in the Pantheon of the Gods. Calathiel returned home, and when met with silence and nods of approval and acceptance, she found her place amongst the world of Baldramort, to be his loyal servant, the assassin. With the darkness to shield them, she found herself comfortable in the roll of pet, whose art was perfected over the centuries. Time was only sweetening the pot.

He gains the strength from the likes of Hercules, King Arthur, and Gilgamesh. He is capable of manipulating the energy of their avatars for offensive and defensive abilities. These powers range from creating concussive energy blasts to toss back enemies, or forming forcefields to defend himself and his allies.
Weapons: Dual Pistols, Combat Dagger
Personality: Unlike most of his fellow brethren of the Order faction, Markus is a brash and cocky character. He holds high confidence with himself and believes he can handle practically any situation thrown his way. He supports this belief after going through hell and back, and believes that nothing else can stand in his way. However, even though he holds himself with high self-esteem, he is quite the sociable and entertaining person while treating everybody with respect. He is incredibly loyal to his Monarch’s cause, and looks up to Luthious as an actual father. He is a kind-hearted person, and idealistically believes that there is goodness within each and every single entity, no matter how corrupted they are.
Background: Markus was originally born in the realm of Mechanus, within the great and futuristic city of Metropolis. He was created during the dark times of human history, and great heroes were needed to turn the tides of darkness. Both of his parents were a part of the Ten Councilors, ambassadors that often meet to discuss the status and issues of the celestial realms. Oftentimes, they are sent to the other realms as delegates to find the most peaceful... or best solutions. Markus was expected to take his father’s place, the God of Integrity.
However, Markus felt a different calling for his immortal life. He didn’t want to work behind the scenes and attempt to figure out the solutions. He wanted to be in the front lines of battle and become the solution himself. In a manner, he rebelled about his parents and performed many rash actions to prove that he was irresponsible for such a prestigious duty as a Councilor. However, they kept on pushing him to follow that life.
One day, he was traveling to the realm of Elysium to conduct business for his parents. However, during his venture there, he fell upon a rally lead by a young god, Zypher. The wicked lands of Carcari took away more innocent lives, and Zypher and his companions decided to retaliate and attack the faction of Chaos. Markus, figuring that this was his chance to prove himself to his parents, joined the group of warriors and prepared to assault the Grey Wastelands of Carcari.
They invaded the dark realm, and put up a courageous battle. However, the result was not what Markus was expecting at all. His allies were being slaughtered one after the other, and only him and Zypher were the only ones left battling against the corrupted hordes of Chaos. In the end, Zypher was forced to retreat, and Markus was captured. Instead of killing him, the entities of Chaos decided to have a little bit of fun with the so-called hero and took him to the Black City. There, he was severely tortured for several months. They kept on bringing Markus to the brink of death, but spared him to continue future pain.
Markus, to this day, still has nightmares of his horrible experience. He thought that this would be his eternal damned fate, just because he was acting so foolish to defy his parents wishes. However, there was light after all at the end of the dark tunnel.
Many months have passed, and Markus was trapped within one of the dark cells of the Black City’s dungeon. One day, as he was huddled to one of the damp corners, there was a bright light in the cell. The Noble of Order himself appeared to personally rescue Markus. Apparently, after much negotiations with the Prince of Chaos, Luthious had the young Markus released from his imprisonment. Markus was unsure what what his price for freedom, but is eternally grateful to the Order Monarch’s help.
Markus’s return home was much celebrated in Metropolis, but he knew that this visit was brief. After his experience, Markus still refuses to be in the sidelines of war and decided to join Luthious’s cause. He transferred to the realm of Elysium, and became a soldier. After proving his worth over many victorious battles, Markus was soon promoted to become one of Luthious’s personal bodyguards.
Spoiler: The Story So FarPremise
All Five Monarchs go missing, and then the King of Gods is slain by a mysterious but powerful entity. During Suriyel's death, the gods fell all over the regions of the world, where chaos and destruction will surely follow them.
Group A
Four gods - Zypher, Jaslyn, Danero, and Spero - have landed around a small town at the East Coast of America. Danero and Spero were guided by a bright ball of light towards the town, while Zypher and Jaslyn met up and formed an alliance. Zypher and Jaslyn plan to search for a Monarch and figure out a way to bring the Kingslayer to justice. Spero and Danero met up with Zypher and Jaslyn, and a battle almost ensued between them. Luthious, the Noble of Order, interrupted their battle and has gathered them for a purpose.
They are now assigned to travel to NYC to find a portal to Mechanus. On their way, and while traveling through a forest, they were attacked by two elite military squadrons created by Colonel Hawkins. At first, the group struggled against the soldiers, especially since they were facing two of the most powerful Demigods: Raver and Cabal. However, with the arrival and the aid of Lucielle, Jonas, and Morgana; the group of fallen gods managed to turn the tables and defeat the two military squadrons.
As they resumed their travels, Morgan left the group to continue her own goals. When they stopped at a motel to rest for the night, Zypher and Lucielle rekindled their romance. The next morning, Lucielle revealed that a key of celestial darkness is needed to open the portal to Mechanus. She performs a ritual where most of the group's astral forms are transferred to the Nightmare Realm, the homeland of Jonas. There, the realm was falling apart because of a lack of its host deity. Many bizarre events occurred to the entities, but in the end, Lucielle and Jonas were able to recover the key of darkness. The group were immediately transferred back to the earthen realm.
Unbeknownst to them, Jaslyn was visited by her father, Baldramort. She had to pay a terrible, unknown price in order to keep her friends and allies alive. She was forced to drink the Prince's blood, before he disappeared off and taunting the woman about her tragic past. Apparently, she gave birth to a child that was destined to bring the Apocalypse to the celestial realms, and she left the baby to be eaten by vicious wolves.
However, Spero reveals disturbing visions she had the previous night. Luthious was apparently trapped in a cage of darkness. Nobody quite understands what this means, but the next vision's was much more clearer. Zypher will be slain and lying in a pool of his own blood. It seemed like this dream would have come true, because the group soon faced a group of powerful demigods lead by the enigmatic Colonel Hawkins. The Colonel revealed to Spero that both of them are bastard children of the King himself, Suriyel. Hawkins plans to take his father's place and take the throne himself, putting the demigods upon a higher hierarchy than the celestials themselves. An epic battle took place between the demigods and fallen deities, but the demigods clearly overpowered the group.
Lucielle sacrificed her life for the group, allowing herself to die while teleporting everyone else to safety. Zypher, disheartened by the death of the love of his life, is filled with anger. He took his anger out of Jonas, who soon left to group to reunite with his brother. Luthious quickly made his reappearance, surprising everyone. The Noble enlisted the aid of Caes and Kai to join the group of fallen gods and their quest to reach Mechanus. However, Luthious could no longer lend his support and returned to the White City which was in peril, leaving the rest of the group to deal with Colonel Hawkins and his powerful lieutenants.
At the final battles of New York City, every single fallen deity was pushed to their limits. The demigods decided to divide and conquer, and so Tyrace faced against Kai and Spero, while Ember battled against Jaslyn and Danero. Zypher and Caes attempted to fend off Hawkins on their own, but they were seriously outmatched. Tyrace at first proved overwhelming with his physical might, but let his guard down in a critical moment, which allowed Kai to perform a finishing strike on the demigod. Danero fought against Ember's soliders, while Jaslyn and the lieutenant were involved in an epic one-on-one battle. In the end, Jaslyn managed to defeat Ember, but the demigod pulled out a grenade at the last second, incinerating the both of them. Zypher and Caes continued battling against Hawkins, and managed to take away one of his lives. Soon, all of the surviving fallen deities joined the battle, and everyone attempted to overwhelm Hawkins with their numbers.
The demigod proved too much, easily defeating them all and leaving Zypher at death's door. Spero, horrified by the sight, summoned a creature from the Astral Realm, Zadkiel, to battle Hawkins. The Astral Being proved powerful enough to take down Hawkins, easily killing off two of his lives. However, Zadkiel's time limit was up and he disappeared back to his own realm. Hawkins appeared to have won a long hard-fought victory.
Yet, it wasn't over. Zypher, whom was dying, managed to find and open the portal to Mechanus, which gave him back his godly essence. Zypher revived, and fought against Hawkins using his godly might, easily taking down another one of Hawkin's lives. On his last life, Hawkins attempting to use his trump card and summon a meteor to destroy his opponents. In the end, he failed when Spero shot an arrow through his heart, ending the life of Suriyel's offspring. The long battle was over, and now the group of fallen deities head towards Mechanus, where they intend to find the Kingslayer and bring him to justice.
Group B
Abbadon, the Goddess of Destruction lands in London and begins to terrorize the capital city. Lanaei, Nirvana, and Masecha arrive to stop Abbadon, but struggled to defeat her. Before Abbadon had a chance to slay one of the Balance gods, Selrina stepped in and easily killed Abbadon. Now, the group is traveling through the sewers in order to avoid the humans and other rogue gods. Their main goal is return to their home plane: Averas. To do so, they must reach the portal residing in Stonehenge.
One other god, Alcander, landed in the town of Dover. He was shorty detained by the humans, but the mad God of Trickery, Xele, broke him free. Xele dragged the reluctant Alcander to meet his new boss, Diz: the God of Ruin. Alcander was branded with a dark mark by the God of Ruin. Diz then threw Alcander over a cliff, and Alcander then impossibly found himself inside of the sewers and joined Selrina's group. They were shortly attacked by a group of monsters. Selrina held them back while the others ran, only to confront more of the Cerberi. The battle was fierce, but the fallen gods were victorious and Selrina returned back to the group.
They emerged out of the sewers to come across a lake. They rest for the night, enjoying each others company. Yet, during their time together, Selrina revealed that her sister, Malphas, was the cause of Suriyel's death, and that they must stop her from bringing upon more destruction to the realms. The next day, they hitch a ride with a kind old man. Quickly, Vin and Xele devised and enacted a plan where the police will halt the group's progress. During the confrontation with the law enforcement, Alcander was corrupted by the Mark of Ruin and attacked the humans. He was shortly gunned down, and his death caused the Mark of Ruin to activate a spell where Lanaei, Masecha, and Nirvana and sent to the Nightmare Realm. There, they traveled throughout the realm with the other group of gods in order to find the celestial key. Once it was recovered, the group was sent back to earth, where they discovered themselves residing in the city of Bath.
Selrina mysteriously went missing, and Nirvana was shortly captured by the police. The separated deities found Selrina, but they were two of them. When the gods reunited and the two Selrinas met, it was revealed that one of the Selrinas turned out to be actually Malphas: the Duchess of Pain. This was a violent encounter, and Malphas used her illusions to trick Selrina into almost killing everyone. Malphas disappeared and left behind the broken Selrina, who could barely face her own failures anymore.
That night, at camp, Selrina revealed the only way a portal to Averas can be opened. Selrina has to sacrifice her own life-force to open it, and there was a significant chance that the ritual may kill her. Despite the entire group's objections, Selrina was determined to complete the ritual. The next day, the ritual has begun and Selrina is left vulnerable by its effects. The group remained to protect her, and Diz shortly appeared with his threats. He summoned an Abomination - a being of corruption sewn together by the bodies of several fallen deities - and ordered the beast to attack.
The group was overwhelmed by the Abomination's might, and were severely losing the battle. Selrina was at risk due to the ritual, and the Abomination attempted to take advantage of that and attacked her. However, Masecha sacrificed his own life by throwing himself in front of the Abomination. His death renewed the group's focus to protect Selrina, and together, took down the deadly beast. Selrina managed to complete the ritual just in time to deal the finishing blow to the Abomination, shortly before falling into a coma due to losing most of her lifeforce. The rest of the fallen deities carry her back home to Averas, where they intend to restore the balance of the multiverse.
Group C
Ipos, Jag, Scarecrow, and Vantas landed all around a Russian city. All of them began to cause chaos and destruction by slaughtering humans. Quickly, they all mee=t each other, and a battle exploded between them all. The city fell apart from their onslaught, and so a manipulated Russian General orders a nuclear strike on the elder gods to rid them from endangering the country even further.
The elder gods continued their battle as the nuclear missile approached, but before the missile made contact, a black vortex opened up in the sky and swallowed it whole. Baldramort appeared to the elder gods, and stated that he was the one who killed Suriyel. Jag called him a liar, and then found her heart ripped out by the Prince of Chaos. Ipos and Scarecrow ran away in fear for their lives, but the God of Bloodshed, Cruor, found himself in the company of Vantas and the Prince. Baldramort then ordered Cruor and Vantas to find the key to opening a portal to Carcari, which resides in Vatican City. The key is the heart of a powerful but innocent god/goddess.
Shortly after beginning their journey, Cruor and Vantas met with Karliah, who decided to join their group. While searching for such an innocent entity, the group was attacked by one of Hawkin's squadrons, lead by the Demigod, Lieutenant Kholer. The entire battle was a bloodbath. The soldiers were slaughtered, and Kholer lost the battle. She revealed that the Destroyer will take care of them, but she ends up killing herself. Karliah received a severe injury during the battle, which lead to Vantas and Cruor abandoning her. They shortly found another devious companion, Kavi, to join their hunt for the innocent entity.
They found themselves a town to rest in, but it was strangely abandoned. Sibriskaya, a mad god, slaughtered the inhabitants and befriended the group shortly before the Destroyer appeared and began to wreck havoc. It was a titanic battle between immortal beings, but the last dragon was severely damaged in the fight. However, Vantas was swallowed whole by the creature before it made its escape and took flight towards America. During the flight, Vantas destroyed the legendary creature from the inside out, before falling from the sky and landing in the state of New York. A goddess of innocence discovered the injured Vantas, who lost his beloved connection with the Void.
During his travels, Vantas found one of his old rivals, Zypher. He temporarily worked with the group in their battle against Colonel Hawkins, while Kavi and Cruor had their own battle against Lieutenant Cabal. Kavi and Cruor soon found an aircraft to travel to America and answer Vantas's call. During the battle against Colonel Hawkins, Vantas was forced to kill Iravelle because she turned out to be a mindless servant for the demigods. After slaying the goddess, the Void lord regained his powers and attacked Colonel Hawkins. The battle nearly ended in a draw, but Lucielle teleported Vantas away before further harm could be done.
Kavi and Cruor finally managed to reunited with Vantas, and had a quick encounter with the other group of gods in New York City. During this encounter, Jonas left his former group and rejoined his brother's side. They began a new quest: to destroy Baldramort. They traveled all the way to Vatican City, where they found themselves in an underground forgotten temple. Now, the group of gods begin their attack on Baldramort, planning to kill the Prince of Chaos himself.
They will soon realize that this plan will be the end for them all. Their combined might against the Monarch proved futile, as he easily defeated them all with his unholy powers. Baldramort intended to sacrifice their lives in order to open the portal to Carcari, but in a sick twist, his ritual backfired and sapped away his own lifeforce. Damian, the God of the Apocalypse, is the long-lost son of Baldramort, and he returned to ensure his father's death by ruining his ritual. Damian quickly departed, letting the fallen gods to battle one last time against Baldramort, and this life they were victorious.
Baldramort laid dying, but refused to let a lesser being to take away his own life. The proud Prince committed suicide by stabbing himself, and was the first Monarch to die after the Fall. The battle was over, but chaos and destruction still reigned in the multiverse. The group of fallen deities decided to travel to Carcari, to continue their journey and their dark ambitions.
The Rules - Must Read!
1. Even though we are playing as gods... please do not godmod/metamod/powerplay. These kinds of things are never fun.
2. Please respect all players. The words of the GM and Co-GMs are law. The Co-GMs are TheCatandTheBat and TheDoctor.
3. Romance and swearing is fine. Just don't take it to the extreme. Don't curse practically every other word. If things get steamy, please fade-to-black/take it to the PMs.
4. If you are going to be inactive, please VM/PM myself or one of the co-gms; or make a notification in the OOC thread. After a week of inactivity and no response, we will take control of your character and use him/her as we deem fit. This may include death of your character.
5. For now, sadly, only one character per person. You are welcome to create a companion for your character (such as a bewildered human or a mystical familiar)
6. Two paragraphs are the recommended minimum. However, I am not too strict about this rule considering I understand writer's block or simple dialogue exchange, a co-post would be really useful for the latter though. I would really appreciate though if you push yourself to make great posts. A little bit of spelling and grammar error is fine, but please don't make it unbearable.
7. Once you create your character, I will make the decision (after discussing with my fellow Co-GMs) which group your character will fall into. There are many sorts of factors involved with your placement, including: personality, powers, faction, history, etc. If you really have a specific group you want to be placed in, PM me about it so we can discuss.
8. I will add more rules as I deem fit. For I am the GM and my word is law.
9. Most important rule... have fun! Seriously, let your creativity and imagination run wild! Have a freakin' blast!

Spoiler: Zypher - RedKayne (GM)Name: Zypher
Gender: Male
Age: 2,400 years
Appearance:Spoiler: Zypher
Zypher has the appearance of a young human adult in his twenties. He has pure-white blonde hair that’s a bit messy in style. His body is naturally lean and toned. He has a scar across his chest, a claw mark, from a battle with a previous god.
God of: Purification
Faction: Order
Powers: Zypher has the power to manipulate Holy Fire. The flames of Holy Fire are white. Its effective against evildoers such as demonic beings and sinful humans. The flames themselves cause cause scorching pain to a mundane human, but instead of burning them, it purifies the darkness within. The flames do cause harm against demonic beings, as the divine fire scorches through their very essence. When the flames are used against a neutral or benevolent super-being, it acts like regular fire.
Weapons: A chain sword-whip
Personality: Zypher, like most of his faction, is a noble being. He is kindhearted and has a strong sense for justice. He is a loyal soldier of the Order. He is willing to lay his life on the line to save others. However, he doesn’t necessarily believe in sacrificing others for the greater good. He always believe that there is more than one way to solve a problem, and will be determined to find the best solution. Even though he is an idealistic person, he is not naive. He rarely shows his anger, for he knows it is a dark path to let oneself be consumed by it.
Background: Zypher’s place of birth was in the White City itself. He, like the rest of his fellow gods, were trained to become overseers of justice. After a hundred years of training, he was ready for war. Unfortunately, before his first battle, Zypher learned that his divine parents were slain by the Faction of Chaos. Anger consumed Zypher, for he wanted revenge. He, along with a dozen other gods of the White City, went against the orders of their commander and invaded the dark realm of Carcari.
Zypher and his fellow gods fought bravely against the onslaught at the Gray Wastes, but they were rapidly dying one after the other. In the end, Zypher was the only one left, and he was outnumbered. He retreated and went into hiding. He didn’t know how long he was running in Carcari, for it seemed like an eternity. One day, a group of benevolent gods appeared high up in the sky, and rescued Zypher. He returned home back to the White City, and was presented to Luthious himself. Zypher expected to be scolded and punished by the Noble of Order. He knew that his rash actions caused the deaths of his companions. He was completely shocked when Luthious embraced him in his arms. From then on, Luthious became a father figure to Zypher.
Zypher continued fighting in the war against Chaos, until he became around 400 years old. Luthious then assigned him a different task, to purify the souls of humans. There was an explosion of humans seeking salvation through worship, and Zypher used his powers to purify the sins of those who were sincere. His duty continued for the next 2,000 years. Lately, though, sin has become more rampant upon Earth. The sincerity and goodness of humans dramatically decreased, and their souls have been lost to the dark planes. Zypher still purifies those who actually do send out sincere prayers every once in a while.
One fateful day, though, Luthious went missing. The entire White City was in uproar as they searched for their faithful leader. News spread fast, and apparently all Five Monarchs were missing from their respectful realms. About a day later, a terrible silence entered the celestial realms. The gods didn’t know how or why, but all of they knew that their King, Suriyel, was dead.
Hundreds of falling stars then appeared over the night sky of the planet, Earth. The gods were banished from their homes after the death of their King. What happened to the Monarchs? And who slain the King of Gods? After the fall, Zypher will be determined to find out.
