You don't need to, it still works. But remember, this is mainly to get us a system that works for all this, and we do have a few people who have never played DnD before. So I think it best that y'all work together... for now.

Looking forward to posting again, but I'll wait till after the update. With Glider challenging the Gnome, I guess my character wouldn't need to threaten to cut his hands off if he laid his hands on the cup. After all, the gold pieces were Eccawen's, and she'd rather help the orphan than put the Gnome in his place.

^^; Your character is already going to be an interesting addition to the group, Meinolf. Hopefully you won't make your character go through with the death threats you proposed for people making Gnome jokes.

When we go all out against each other (if possible), I propose the Gnome versus Eccawen, Glider and Kass/Amili!

Clearly for creative purposes, of course! (evil chuckle)

I just had a thought for anyone who's interested, and it would be a good way to try out some post/dice roll combinations while we wait for others to post. I could set up some arena styled threads, GMing some monsters for all of you to fight. If you're interested I mean. If anyone is, shoot me a VM or PM so we don't clutter this thread too much. We could also do some PvP battles for fun too.

Just to clarify on something from Korvis' post: Mendel never actually bent down to help himself to the coins. Don't get me wrong, he was going to, but he never made the movement because he noticed the crowd gathering around and didn't want to draw in more trouble from the local authorities.

It is fine, as it is what your character saw me doing -- whether it be true or not is immaterial. I just wanted to clarify so that others did not start basing their posts on what you stated.

^^ I haven't forgot to post; I'm so used to taking turns that it's like a taboo for me to post out of turn. Plus, the only thing my character can really do is guard the boy from Mendel, though others seem to be doing that already.
