Character Name: Desirae 'Rae' Mizuki (Her last name is one she gave herself at the age of fourteen.)
Age: Seventeen, soon to be eighteen.
Info: Rae grew up in the Sound Village before leaving when she was twelve. She left to train and to possibly find out who her mother was because her father never told her. After she turned fourteen she became an assassin up for hire. Though very people took a fourteen year old Chuunin seriously. Those who did found out quickly she was not a waste of money. Rae was a little too fond of her work. She returned to the Sound Village when she was sixteen. She has spent the last two years working for her father.
After a short time she joined the Akatsuki finally. She she has a tendency to hang around Kisame and Itachi, as well as Deidara and Sasori. She has only been a member for a few weeks.
Rae detests her father and has not hesitated to act as a spy against him though she tells him she is doing the exact thing for him against the Akatsuki. Whether or not the information she feeds each is true or not is a different story and it is unknown where her loyalties truly lie.
Rae has a very...........erm different personality? When she first meets you she is very sweet and acts as innocently as possibly. She will be polite as possible. She is also very loyal. If she chooses to be loyal to you, she will be loyal to you for life. It is rare that she will betray you. She is actually a very sadistic person and loves to see others in pain. She has a very playful and teasing personality. She is an attention person and will do almost anything for attention. She is a teenage girl, and loves guys as much as any other. However, she is extremely picky despite the fact she often develops crushes. She is excellent as lying and deceiving. She has no problem doing either and is a great actress. She has a relatively short temper, and will act rashly if ticked off. Hell, she would probably act rashly in any case. She is bored easily as well and extremely over-confident.. She can be described as cat-like. She is constantly wandering off though she is not supposed to. She despises the idea of staying in one place for too long. She is rather sarcastic and very blunt. She has depression issues, and it could probably be said that she is a little less than sane. She is prone to fits of manic and depressed behavior is you upset her too much. She always wants to have her way. She is a very determined person and will usually go out of her way to keep things the way she wants them. If she can't she will be very moody for periods of time. She has a fascination with blood.
Of course, there was a point in time when she was a bit calmer. When she was fifteen she and her boyfriend Ikari, whom she was sure she was going to marry were on a mission together. He was killed in front of her on that mission sending her into a rage and since then she has never quite the same.
She currently resides in Konoha under the orders of Orochimaru, as well as the Akatsuki. She does leave periodically to meet with both so that they do need to come to the village. She acts as a spy and reports the going on's in the village to both. She came to the village pleading the Hokage to allow her to stay as she wanted nothing more to do with her home village, the Sound, and swears she will do anything asked of her to help out there. She has recently accepted the job of teaching a team of new genin despite the fact she would rather not.
Jutsus: Blood Puppet StringsJutsu(She can control people like puppets with strings made of blood that come from of her fingers.
Blood Jutsu(The user can do almost anything within reason with blood as long as they sacrifice blood.
Chi (This ninjutsu causes blood to literally pours from any selected point on an opponents body, depending on how large of an area is covered this jutus can take a heavy toll on the user.
Hekkotoi (This jutsu creates a wall of blood to either trap the opponent or block any ninjutsu used against the user, however like most other blood jutsus, blood must be sacrificed and and can take a heavy toll on the user.)
Bunneru (If blood from the opponent has been shed, the user is capable of healing minor wounds and temporarily healing major injuries on his/herself or another.)

Doton Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (The user hides beneath the ground, and reaches up to grab their opponent. The opponent is then pulled under the ground, up to their chin, allowing the head to be subject to move powerful jutsu. )
Fuuin Jutsu; Shiki Fuujin (A sealing jutsu. Summons Death himself, which joins with the actions of the user. After a short period of time, in which death performs a ritual, the user then grabs onto their opponent - and is able to extract their soul from their body. This can be used until the user runs out of energy - and since it is a sealing jutsu, there is a price. The user pays the price with his life, which death devours. )
Henge no Jutsu (An illusionary jutsu that gives the user the appearance of another person or object. A commonly used skill. )
HiJutsu, Makyou HyouShou(Using this special jutsu, the user creates a prison of mirrors made from ice, around his opponent. The mirrors allow the user to transport between them at high speeds, or reflect themselves into all the mirrors. It is nearly impossible to see the users movement between mirrors, so there is no danger of being hit. The speed of the user also makes it near impossible to dodge the attacks. )
HiJutsu, Sensatsu Suishou (jutsu that freezes water into the shape of extremely sharp needles, which proceed to home in on the opponent. The needles crush the opponent in a sphere of needles, ripping their body apart. A user must be near water to perform this jutsu.)
Air Slicing Blast (Zankuuha)
A device implanted in both arms of the user (usually from the palms) allows the control of super sonic sound waves an air pressure. The device allows the currents to be concentrated in one place, and creates large blasts of air shot from the palms.
Body freze skill (Kanashibari no jutsu)
Used to immobilize enemies. Stops them and freezes them in their tracks.
Chakra Absorption (Chakra Kyuuin no Jutsu)
This jutsu allows the user to absorb the opponent's chakra by putting his palm on the enemy. To activate this extraordinary ability the user has to concentrate a considerable amount of chakra into his hand, making a soft blue flame appear around it. The greatest disadvantage of this ability is that the user has to make contact in order to drain chakra.
Double Snake Assassination (Souja sousai no jutsu)
This technique is a murder-suicide technique. Both the opponent and the user must die. This is also why it is treated as a forbidden jutsu.

Character Name: Kyoko Uchiha
Age: Sixteen
Info: Kyoko Uchiha is the lesser known daughter of the Uchiha clan and younger sister to Itachi but older sister to Sasuke. To those who don't know about her as she stayed out of sight during her youth due to the fact she was constantly ill, she was considered something of a myth. It is true that she should have died with the rest of her clan however during the time of the massacre she was out of Konohagakure completely visiting Kirigakure in hopes of finding a doctor who could help her get over her constant illness.
When she received the news of what had happened to her family she was devastated and the family friend whom had traveled as her chaperone took her in. When she was eleven years old her caretaker was unable to provide for her any longer and pleaded with her close friend the Queen of Koorime to take her in. It was at that point she was adopted into the family.
Kyoko was practically a mute at first when she met the royals but slowly but steadily she began to grow accustomed to them and opened a little more and more. She was envious of their abilities to manipulate the elements and studied and trained hard until she capable of imitating that. She is now extremely confident in her abilities. She carries that despite of the fact it is made of crystal is rather light and this fan amplifies her abilities even more.
Kyoko is extremely stubborn and like any other person possesses her fair share of flaws. She cries easily and has very poor self-esteem. She never knows when to quite arguing and can be rather sarcastic at times. Her temper is rather short though she can control it in most instances and terrified by a plethora of different things. (Spiders, pain, being alone, meeting new people, and so on.) Overall though she is rather kind-hearted and a hopeless romantic when it comes down to it. She has always wanted a fairy-tale ending and hopes it might one day come true.
Jutsus: Due to the fact she was incapable of practicing any kind of jutsu growing up she only really knows basics though she has no issues with the Sharingan. She like her adopted family can manipulate the elements such as water, wind and ice.
