    1. All events must be run by staff before being posted. This is as simple as PM'ing any one of us with an outline of your event. If the event is really big or you have any questions, please PM one of the lovely staff and we'll be happy to discuss things to help it go as smooth as possible. *Please do not start the thread without messaging us, especially if it involves personal information.*

    Events not approved by the staff will be closed


    2. All events made by members, must be posted in this Section.
    Please do not post them in Awards and Special Events, as to not cause confusion with who is actually sponsoring the event.


    3. These events are sponsored by members, in saying so, the staff will not take responsibility for any event that may include things happening outside of RPA. So please keep that in mind.

    We welcome these ideas and for members to create activities to increase participation, some of our staff may even participate! If we do, please again note that we are not responsible for it, just participating like any other member!


    4. Keep in mind that if any personal information is involved, such as addresses or phone number, members must be 18 or older to participate. Also, any personal information -CANNOT BE PUBLISHED ON SITE!-


    5. Badges or any other awards such as a title change, may only be given if was requested prior to setting up the event-- this means that you can't promise badges without permission from the staff!


    6. If there are already staff run active events for a month (like RPApril) the staff reserve the right to limit the amount of member awards to less than usual, or none, so as to not to overload everyone and/or take interest from each other.


    7. There can only be 4 events in a given month and Member run events will be approved on a first-come, first-serve basis. *The staff may make exceptions in the case of small, one-shot events. (ie; An event that takes only a few days, or a week to complete may still be allowed if the quota of events is filled.)

    This being said, if you have ran an event for May, and want to run one of June- that's fine! But, if there is someone who hasn't run an event before, they will get priority. *this is to ensure that everyone gets a chance to run an event!*

    **If an event happens to end before the end of the month, another event may be started, as long as the proper steps are taken in creating the new event.


    8. Members cannot ban/refuse to allow other members to join or participate in their events


    9. Have fun! We love that you are wanting to do things together. It is truly heartwarming! <3
