Norovirus is here with a vengeance..

I'm not sure about everyone else; but, my part of the world is infected with this virus. I have been so sick over the last 24 hours. If you try to eat something, you're going to see it again in a hour or so.

While I can't say for sure where it came from to start, myself and many members of my family all locked on a Chinese buffet...for the first person to get it had eaten there and was extremely sick for the last three days.

Safe to say, I've been disinfecting everything over and over again. I want this gone. And I'll miss class the rest of the week; but, they don't want anyone who's sick to come in and expose others. It's that bad.

Let me suggest you invest in some clorox bleach to spray around if there's any way you might get exposed to this junk. It can live on surfaces for days or even weeks and it will make life hell.

I'm not taking any chances from here on out. Nor will I eat Chinese food or chocolate ice cream with nuts for a very, very, long time. If ever. ..Don't ask..you don't want to know.

I'm feeling better today; but, taking it slow as far as eating/drinking. All five counties in my area are currently reporting outbreaks. Several schools have closed.

Oh well, this too shall pass. *S*

On the positive side, I'm munching on bananas. I've never liked bananas; but, it's one of the things that's considered good to eat during the stomach flu. (Even so, I don't plan to eat bananas once I'm all good.)
