Maybe take off a little bit of colours? (As in, it's like starting to become faded black and white, but there is still some tone? (In the symbol) and not as transparent?

To be honest I dont really know how to do that... There's a lot of stuff I still don't know how to do with photoshop... If you're looking for someone more skilled that would probably know how, I would message Hayabusa

It's called Saturation. You lower it to get a faded effect.
