To clarify worst enemies are not necessarily just foods you dislike but foods that get into other foods and make them bad to eat.
Mine are nuts, mushrooms, onions, spinich and cucumber.

I can't handle condiments and anything to do with tomatoes... I can handle pizza if its double or triple cheese. I prefer the white sauce. My family likes to say that I can't taste them. They underestimate me. It just ruins everything it touches, especially spaghetti. I can handle the sauce, if covered in cheese, but once there is tomatoes in it I feel gross. Even if I can't taste it the way it feels is just horrible. If it's made into something like Ketchup it's even worse and I can't even eat in the same room as someone using it.

I typically love most vegetables.
The only ones I can’t really get into are turnips and radishes. Just too bitter. Not the biggest fan of rocket either, I suppose, for the same reason.
I don’t really like to eat any sort of pork. Low quality beef is crap, too. So chewy that it’s very unenjoyable.
Other than that, I like most foods. I generally am pretty adventurous when it comes to trying the cultural foods when I traveled. There were a few things I couldn’t bring myself to eat, though:
- Pickled baby octopus in France. They like to top their salads with these. It’s the entire tiny octopus, tentacles and all. I tried to be brave, bought a jar of them, took two shots of tequila, and then attempted to take a bite. I actually just couldn’t.
- Sautéed cockroaches in Southeast Asia. In Cambodia, street peddlers sell bags of cooked, crunchy cockroaches as snacks. People eat them like popcorn (and supposedly they are nutritious). I contemplated buying a bag, but ultimately, just couldn’t.
For me it is mushrooms--hate them in or on anything. They are rubbery and gross. I used to work with a man from the Philippines, and he used to bring in pickled chicken feet and eggs with the young chicken fetus inside. Those were really disgusting also.
Oh dear. No. No no no no no no no no.

Mushrooms, any kind of fish. (The rest of my family loves seafood and look at me like I'm crazy). Nuts, cucumber, grapes, and the worst of all: zucchini
Broccoli, bleh. and Peas, other foods I avoid outright but they are in so many things.
