I think adding more characters would be a good idea. I'd be interested in trying to be a judge? Let me go look over that thread

This Rumble seems really interesting and the idea sounds super intriguing. I think the interest and hype is definitely high, and I think people are generally excited about it. I only looked at the Rumble thread briefly, since I know I won't have time to do it this time around (darn!! :( ) but from what I 've read and seen on the site, I think it's a really good start.

However, I do have one suggestion. I think that maybe there should be an option to make a premade character sheet or to make your own, if you want to. This is just my opinion, though.

The issue with using even more classes is this...

Several of the current classes WILL have a similar play-style as it is.

Necromancer/Summoner.
Warrior/Chevalier/Berserker.
Magician/Enchanter.
Archer/Ranger.

If we add stuff like Shaman, Witch, Slayer, Inquisitor, etc... it will add even more redundancy to the game and deaden the experience further. Thus another issue with the pre-generated characters.

Well presently:

I favor Greased's idea of having the rules altered so we can work with our own original characters, I'm not saying the pre-made characters aren't original but there isn't much variety when it comes to the amount of stats or power the pre-made characters have [granted you guys did say they would come as the battles went on, but even then that sounds like a long shot]. The whole pre-made character idea seems to turn me off [to battles of course ] to the whole battle scene.

That's my current standing here.

Well the point of this Rumble is the idea of Pre-Made chars giving you that extra challenge.


And the idea of class redundancy isn't so easy to escape from since every class stems from Warrior, Rogue, and Mage.

I mean, the pre-made characters are a GOOD idea but people wanted to original characters. So, some players who saw this pre made concept immediately go off... I wanna enter my Silas or Vindictus into Rumble but, I was like nevermind, at least there's Tyrael (Chevalier)
