A mythical place built in ancient times that supposedly houses all the plant life and animals needed to return the earth to its former rich and glorious ecosystem. The stories say that the Leaders of Old created it in response to the fear that the known world was ending, and so made a safe house for Life.

For centuries it has lain hidden, protected and guarded against those who would desecrate and destroy it. But now, the world is beginning anew… the time is right… and the systems of Eden can feel it. Soon signals will be sent out, clues to where it sits, waiting for someone to release its magnificent treasure, to restore the planet.

It waits for someone to reclaim hope for mankind.

Will you search for this legend? Will you be a skeptic and try to improve things as they are now? Or will you be someone who wishes for things to remain the same so that you can gain power?

Will you try to restore life that once was? Will you try to create an Eden out of what is already there? Or will you do nothing but pursue your own interests?

It is your choice.

Okay, the point of this RP is fairly straightforward and simple. It is very open ended, so you can decided what your character does and what the outcome of things will be. Whether or not anyone finds Eden is totally up to you. There is, of course, going to be an end eventually. This will be when the final decision (i.e., find Eden, don’t find Eden, wage war, try to live peace, destroy the Temple of the Flaming Monkey, etc) is made.

The rules are as applies to all RPs, but adding to a few requests by myself.

1.YOU MUST BE LEGIBLE! It doesn’t matter how deep and wonderful your post is if no one can read it. Please use Spell Check.

2.You must be able to post AT LEAST once a week. If extreme circumstances come up, okay, but please let me know ahead of time.

3.Romance is allowed, but PLEASE for the sake of my sanity, don’t make it one of those love at first time things. At least wait a page or two before having your character going all drool-y over each other. Also nothing so graphic we have to shield our eyes to keep from reading written porn.

4.Characters will die. You can however make more.

5.You can make up to 3 characters IF you think you can handle them all at once. If not, then kill one of them off, or do something to get them out of the picture.

6.No god-moding. If I think you’re god-moding, I will call you out (nicely, but I will) and ask you to change your post.

7.I reserve the right to refuse any and all characters.

8.If you don’t post for a while, I’ll come up with some interesting way to kill of your character myself.

Player: Cleopatra Antoinette

Name: Shree Silverhands

Gender: Female

Age: 21

Race: Atlantian

Appearance: 5”4, pale skin, large blue eyes, but brown hair. Somewhat stocky, with a heart shaped face. Curvy but not enough to be very noticeable.

Sector: Sector V, “The Eye”

Skills: Organizing, researching, cleaning, and limited medical knowledge.

History: Shree was the only child of a young couple who married while still on their Pilgrimage. As miners they spent most of their time deep in the caves and, as is prone to happen, there was an accident. Both of them were crushed to death leaving their daughter. She was sent to the Orphanage of Sector V where she spent her life under the tyrannical rule of the Mistress of the House. She sought refuge in the Archives, where the kindly Keepers taught her how to search for information and learn. She absorbed the texts like a sponge learning about the world. Enough to wonder about what the Surface was like before the Catastrophe. This curiosity, coupled with her accident-prone and clumsy nature caused her a great deal of trouble. Most don’t think she’ll survive the Pilgrimage. Her hair doesn’t help either as the brown color is scorned by most as a sign of ugliness. This earned her the title Floater from the bullies in the orphanage.

Personality: Shree is quiet and awkward around those she doesn’t know. Once she is comfortable with someone, her friendly and vivacious side comes out. She can be quite cheerful and positive, although this can be quickly hidden away if Shree becomes frightened. Her clumsiness only tends to show itself when she’s upset or thinking too hard. When she’s relaxed she’s almost graceful. Her knack for finding things out has made people think of her as something as a busy body. A few of the Chosen have scolded her on this, and now she is constantly trying to keep her inquisitive side from coming out.

Sector or Flotilla name: Flotilla; "The Golden Spear"

Skills: Cooking, Hunting, Marksmanship

History: Hayden was brought up in a small Flotilla called the "Golden Spear" a Flotilla that was known for its skilled Hunters and radical behavior. When Hayden was found she was saved by the grace of the Leader's wife who had just mourned the loss of her unborn child, and saw and took care of Hayden like her own. The Golden Spear believed that women were both and weak and could not fend for themselves which let most of the men to be extremely sexist and only men to be able to learn to read. Though Hayden followed the strict laws of the Golden Spear she secretly trained and practice so that she could someday show the men that women had the strength and the to fight along side men.

Many years pasted and Hayden both knew how to and was an excellent hunter. But one day while she was training one of the young boys of the Flotilla saw her training and told the leader. As punishment Hayden was flogged with a thin metal wire, and none of the other women were allowed to heal her. Hayden hates living there and having to force down her desire to fight.

Personality: Hayden normally keeps to herself and doesn't talk much to anyone unless to trade for tools. Since Hayden is still a teenager she is curious out things around which at times can get her in trouble, like the old saying goes "Curiosity killed the cat". Once she gets use to a person (Which is rare) she is a very loyal person to have around. Though Hayden is rather flighty, especially around men she tries to stand against them. She also wished to get away from the Flotilla and live her own life.

Name: Engel Eirheart

Appearance: 6’4, with blue eyes and a well-toned body. She has a few scars from her Security days.

Sector name: Sector IV "The Hands"

Skills: Combat, firearms, hand to hand, some mechanical knowledge

History: The oldest of three children, Engel was born in a time when there was a gross underpopulation of her sector. In a high profile family including a well-known doctor for her farther, and scientist as her mother, Engel tried to excel in anything she could for day one. Unfortunately, science and medicine were obviously not her forte. However, when her first little sister came along she realised what was. The girl was bullied in her school, and Engel took it upon herself to punish those involved. She then realised what her calling was. She wanted to help protect people from those who threatened them, so immediately hit the books and got to studying every kind of combat, training at a very young age. By the time she was sent on her pilgrimage, she’d already been a security officer for five years.

While on her pilgrimage she met another Atlantian. The two of them stayed together during it, the other female getting them around while Engel was sure to keep anything that might harm the two of them away. When they arrived back, the two were married. Unfortunately, Engel’s parents did not agree with the wedding. For Engel’s wife had darker skin, eyes, and hair. Engel remained with the woman for years however, eventually moving up in the ranks to Specialist of Security for her sector. But then tragedy struck. Engel and her wife had to deal with much prejudice because of their marriage for a long time, and eventually it was too much for the other woman. When Engel found her lying on their kitchen floor in a pool of her own blood with a note sprawled on the table, she began to doubt Atlantian society. No longer so fond of being the best of the best, she has decided that thee must be a better way.

Personality: Engel is a generally understanding and friendly person with a big heart. She is as they say, a ‘gentle giant’. She can be fiercely loyal but her heartbreak over her wife has made her slightly cynical. She is generally optimistic though she holds those feelings inside. She isn’t quiet, simply reserved. She doesn’t feel it’s necessary to let herself care about anyone else deeply, but she does have a good amount of compassion. She is very protective, and a fierce fighter for what is truly right. Being very experienced, she is level headed and can sometimes be seen as a little cold when she doesn’t fly off the handle about certain situations.

Name: Yaldamar

Race: Born Atlantian, lives with Surface Dwellers

Appearance: Yaldamar stands 6"0 in height and weighs 182 lbs. He has a tanned white skin for being exposed to a sun for all these years and very noticeable blond hair, shoulder length. He also has a blond goatee for a facial hair.
His eyes are colored green, well only right one is. He is blind on his left eye. He has a slim rectangular facial structure and has a small hump on his nose.
He has a pale yellow-brown worn-out trenchcoat and no other clothing underneath. His wears sacky brown worn-out pants with cuts on the knee and for footwear he has a black sack boots with toes being revealed.

Sector or Flotilla name: Swabbies

Skills: Negotiating, Fishing, Salvaging, Fighting

History: Yaldamar is a born Atlantian, but one of his parents commited a crime against the Great Law and therefore for punishment to them Yaldamar was abandoned on the surface. He was later on taken care in a Flotilla named "Swabbies" in which he is in ever since. The Swabbies was a Flotilla that mainly negotiated for resources with resources they salvaged and food they had. So with them Yaldamar learned how to negotiate, fish and salvage materials. But also hus Flotilla would engage in combat in case some other Flotilla want to take resources by force, and this way he learned they ways of fighting.
Years have passed and Yaldamar was still with his 'home' Flotilla and you can now pretty much call him a merchant for his quite good negotioating skills. But still, 31 years passed and he has no family of his own.

Personality: Yaldamar is quite a nice person, even though his looks make him look like he's some sort of plunderer while actually he is a worker. He is not afraid to engage in conversations, but in some of them he only lets his ears do the job of hearing cause many rumors are spread across the vast ocean, and some may even get something good for him and his Flotilla.
He is nice and friendly, and he treats everyone the same. And really, everyone, being a male or female. Thats because he isn't really interested in forming a family of his own.

Sector or Flotilla name: Flotilla known as the Castille for it's size and fortified ships.

Skills: Astromony, Carpentry, Boat repair, Fishing, Sailing, and Firearms.

History: Castiel is the fourth Captain of the Castille third by the name of Castiel. He was born the first son to Castiel the II and his long time love Terri. The Castille had been floating the surface world for nearly a century, It was founded by the great Captain Malcolm who was rumored to be from Atlantis but he always denied such allegations. He was nothing more but a lucky Swimmer as he called it, he commandeered himself a ship and went sailing for someplace to call home.
He eventually found it on a small island near the East lands, he made crafts form the knowledge taught to him by his Father and set up the Castille. Through the years the Job family has been building up their Flotilla and now it's one of the biggest around. And now under Captain Castiel the Third they begin to not just prosper but thrive as much as one can on this endless puddle. Using everything that his Father and Grandfather taught him to keep this little spit of civilization alive.

Personality: Slow, methodical, steady. He never rushes headfirst in guns blazing. He always thinks out any major action and keeps a few plans ready on reserve.

Name: Ezin Mohara

Race: Surface Dweller

Sector or Flotilla name: Flotilla ( Ropes )

Skills: Carries large and heavy containers, fighting, swimming.

History: Ezin was born as a surface dwellar, how he managed to live through the disease was a amazement, over the years some people thought he wasn't able to see the age of 10, but even he managed to surpass that. When he turned 20, when he felt like the time was right to leave and join a clan, he left right away without any thoughts.

Over the years as he explored around the world with his captain, he stayed loyal to him and his actions, Ezin was challenged over the years by others of his clan, even at times, there was mutiny being said, he challenged anybody who wanted the captian dead. He fought at least half of dozen of his own clansmen. The mutiny lasted for only no more than one hour, and the captain deserted the remaining mutineers.

Personality: Hard edge'd, Stubborn, doesn't show any kind of emotion, Sometimes he'll get aggresive of those who try's to get smart with him.
